I went here Saturday night right before they closed. I ordered a spicy chicken salad and pot stickers. The salad came with no salad dressing or any sauce on the chicken. So yes these morons served me lettuce and chicken dry!!! With tip $27. Now I have to order food from Uber eats. Thanks for ruining my fucking dinner. I am convinced the staff is on drugs. Because who serves dry lettuce and dry chicken? They did give me a 2 Oz teriyaki sauce. Dont go here. Employees are morons. This is the second time they have messed up my meal. The food was delicious. Except for the crazy amount of bones in my chicken everything else was excellent. The very helpful employees were nice enough to substitute the yellow lettuce for extra rice. I had the "popular" Yakasoba noodles with beef. This beef-like substance tasted past it's due date. Its grey color emitted an odor that i could not over come. My girlfriend had the teriyaki chicken with rice, portions of the chicken were pink.....as in not completely cooked. The good news is they provide plenty of sauces the drown the product in to make it edible.......it didn't work. Literally threw it in the trash. I don't do a whole lot of one star reviews, but this placed earned it. The girlfriend ordered through Uber Eats and filed a complaint in hopes of a refund, that status currently unknown. read more

Counter/drive-thru/waitress Kristina didnt know what brand Espresso they served, another unintended gamble, but it was 4*...almost as good as Starbucks Americano! but right up there, and at $2.75 / 12oz pour + 3 choc covered espresso beans, ka-ching! Now if they could improve on the accompanying sweet treat offerings from pre-wrapped 1.75 brownies, to supporting a local vendor like Sweet Masterpieces for scratch pies n scones etc, that would seal the deal over SBucks and make this a destination :)* Weekends java jolt available til 11PM and kitchen to 10PM. So I asked -- they make their own Teriyaki sauce, salad dressing and spicy sauce (creamy orange mayo type sweet spicy sauce similar to sushi dragon or monkey, you know 90s roll drizzle) which they also sell $10... so they got fans out there ;) Outgoing plates are YUGE, or maybe bc the guy being served was hungry looking, but give this place a whirl, oh and they have Brown Rice, right?! Service was so horrific. No cars in line no customers inside, 3 employees standing around. They were so inconvenienced to take or order. We finally ordered I left a 15% tip, thinking they were just having a bad day. Once our order was ready, the female, yells "here's your order" and puts it on the bar. We had been sitting in the lower section from the get go. I have been coming here at least twice a month for years.... This will be the last time for me. My s/o was in here tonight grabbing a bite to eat. There was a family of 6 dining in, appeared to be grandparents taking their grandchildren to dinner. As they prepared to leave, the grandmother took the children to the restroom as the grandfather waited by the exit door. A staff member (lady in her 50's, short blonde(ish) hair, whom was continually discussing her belly button ring) walked over to the table that the 6 had been dining at, and yelled (loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear) "oh my God, FREAKING PIGS!!! look at this mess they left at the table!!" She cleaned the table and proceeded to walk back to another staff member, proclaiming once again what "PIGS" "those people were", loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear round 2 of her rants. What was heartbreaking, was the grandfather was RIGHT THERE and clearly was so embarrassed. This staff member absolutely humiliated this family. I hope the owners see this review and remove her from their payroll immediately. Hopefully there are cameras that can somewhat corroborate what I have described..this person is an absolutel wench, and no one in my family will EVER support this restaurant due to the way they have humiliated this sweet family, and we will pass on this information, in hopes she is terminated. read more

I decided to try this place on a whim since it had a drive thru. Which is a bonus! I had my two small kids in the car and didn't want to bring them into a resturant setting. I ordered the chicken and rice bowl which my kids were going to share for dinner. The reason for the 3 starts is not the place itself or the food because the people were nice, the chicken and sauce was pretty good, and it had fast service. Its the amout of food you get for their prices. The togo box was literally 3/4 full of rice and the rest was chicken. For $5.99 I'd expect a 50/50 ratio. Super disappointing and I felt like I wasted my money. I'll prob give you guys another shot though. Maybe try something different. We shall see. read more

They even sell 24 oz bottles of their teriyaki sauce and dressing because people love it so much! Truly, this little restaurant may not look like much but the taste more than makes up for the appearance. Service is fast and friendly too. My suggestion: call ahead from 10 minutes away and chances are, it'll be ready by the time you get there. The food was so poorly prepared that my family couldn't complete our meal. I have consumed a very wide variety of foods over the years, and by no means was I expecting a meat-and-potatoes plate. This was easily the worst Yakisoba I've ever bitten into. Sodium-drenched, very lukewarm, and definitely a step (or three) below fast food. I am rarely revolted by food. I was actually concerned that I'd hurl in the middle of this establishment. The portions were on the stingy side. Our table was dirty, but a better option than the one covered in food. The place was nearly abandoned, and yet the service rather slow. I'm still not certain how the food was cold, considering the amount of time that we waited for it. The side of rice was about half the amount you'd get at your run-of-the-mill Asian joint at a strip mall. There was a huge emphasis on getting you in and out of there. I only wish that I hadn't wasted our money here. They clearly take no pride in their preparation. There's a Taco Bell across the street. Save yourself the gnarly experience and buy anything off the menu there instead. It'll be considerably better. read more

Went here with, and at the recommendation of, a client and had the spicy chicken. It came with a side salad, white rice, and the grilled chicken with spicy sauce on it. First of all, the salad dressing was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I bought a bottle to take home. Pretty sure you could put it on a brick and it would be a hit. KB's is a bit of a off beat place when compared to the places I would normally go. Yet the combination of food, price and service has brought me back for seconds. They are a teriyaki place, a hold-em poker place, a video poker place and a bar, all rolled in to one. They have about 4 tables that are available for families with minors after seven which may limit it's appeal. Yet I felt like the noise level and general feel of the place would be appropriate for a family of not-too-young kids - younger kids might be really distracted by the activity going on everywhere. The teriyaki chicken was ok - I felt like mine could have been cooked longer. The salad dressing on top of the lettuce salad is very tasty and tangy, a nice combination to the chicken. For the price, it's probably one of the better options around. Get there before 6:30 - the small parking lot will fill up around then with their poker players and then you'll have a challenge finding a place to park. read more

Been eating here for years - absolutely Loved this place. Recently the food and service has gotten really bad. Gave it one last try today and they failed miserably. First over 30mins wait in drive thru - but we were still excited for the food. Got home and found first they skimped on the teriyaki sauce - we paid for 3 teriyaki chicken meals but we only got 2 teriyaki sauces. We spent over $40 (plus tip) for 3 meals. So disappointed. I used to love this place and came here often pre-covid. Did they get a new owner? Everything is totally different tasting in my opinion. First they've gotten orders wrong. Ordered tofu one time and they gave me chicken, I am vegetarian, drove all the way home and didn't notice until I got home. big bummer! And they also gave me the wrong soda. Went a while not eating there but today I craved it. The dressing is totally different than it used to be, color and taste, miss the old dressing. The rice is dry and the tofu is over cooked. I haven't had good KB teriyaki since they reopened and it just makes me wonder maybe they got new owners? It only gets 2 stars because the woman working there was friendly and kind. Totally serviceable and good teriyaki joint. For about 6 bucks you can get a large rice bowl with plenty of dark meat chicken, and it will come out very quickly. Everyone raves about the salad dressing, but since I can't qualify iceberg lettuce as a salad, I've never tried it.
