Everything was fresh, the gluten-free options were clearly marked (thank you from my celiac soul), and the vibe was chill enough to make me forget I was eating at a food truck. We got the salmon roll and enjoyed it, which says a lot, because he said it as he was eating. I got the veggie roll which was fresh and delicious. We weren't able to have the sauce but used the wasabi and pickle ginger. So excited that this place exists. It also looks like there might be some ciders inside near the food trucks if you're interested and you're gluten-free. This place is a little far from where we live, but I would definitely go back whenever I'm in the area for sure. If you are in West Linn area in oregon and you're gluten-free, go ahead and run toward this place. When you ask them about gluten-free, they are knowledgeable.
