Everything looks clean, polished, and professionally done. It's not always easy to find contractors who are both fast and do high-quality work, but these guys delivered on both. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring installation. Five stars all the way! Thank you Felipe!

He gave me honest answers the whole way through and now I have an INSANELY GORGEOUS new floor. What he did: leveled all rooms so that there was a seamless transition through the house, installed red oak and laced it into my existing kitchen red oak, sanded and refinished my kitchen floors to match, did an Invisible finish to bring out the natural beauty of the wood, painted and installed new baseboards throughout the entire house, and came back after everything to make a few minor corrections, such as making a notch, bigger in a baseboard and cutting a baseboard back by 2 inches. No details were left out and no detail was too minor for his attention or time. Would I recommend him again? ALL DAY LONG. I will be having him to our other family homes in the future.

If you need good, honest, knowledgeable, REAL wood floor install/maintenance/care -- call Marcus at…read moreGreen Life Floors. He is seriously the bomb. He SAVED my renovation from a contractor that ordered the wrong species of wood - it was literally sitting in my living room acclimating when he came out and looked at it and immediately knew it was the wrong species. He sourced and ordered the correct product, and then refinished my old floors and installed the new hardwood to the point where I have no clue where the floors meet. Now - a more than a YEAR later - I am THRILLED with my choice to use natural oil on my floors vs Poly that all the other contractors were pushing. Someone spilled something in the kitchen that had a tannic reaction (i.e. - big black blob spot smack in the middle of the floor). Marcus came out with his knife and 3 dabs of Monocoat oil and I can't even tell where it was. SO happy and SO relieved that it was a 2 minute (literally!) fix and not $1,000s to refinish my brand new floors. I am SUPER SUPER hard to please, crazy OCD, and can be quite hard on service companies. This one is OUTSTANDING. A++

Out of all the contractors needed to completely remodel my newly purchased 80 year old beach cottage Dino did the highest quality work and on the exact day scheduled, and it was not easy. My floors weren't level and the bathroom needed a full replaced subfloor from years of being wet and rotting. Start - Dino helped me select the luxury waterproof vinyl style out of a few manufacturers and dozens of choices. Termite damage Created a lot of unevenness snd Dino installed 3/4 inch plywood over the entire flooring and leveled out the everything the day before they installed the floors and all the baseboards. Dino was very communicable with me and needed to be because I had plumbers abd cabinet Guys and painters before and after (this remodel happened at the heart of corona virus outbreak. It was hard in everyone. Dino came through and did what he said he would do. The price was very fair. His price was well below the highest two bids I got and near the median price. Quality is A+. Speed is A+. Price is A. Professionalism A. Overall I'm very happy. And currently have his quoting a second unit that needs new floors. Please use me as a Referal if needed.

The job was installing LVP throughout the entire 2-story house. They had to remove tile, carpet and…read morewood flooring. They got started on time and worked fast, at first, after two weeks it was a pain to get anyone to show up. Eventually the owner started coming by to do stuff, I guess because the workers were on other jobs. The owner even had to load up all the demo materials that had sat outside for over a week by himself. I'd give the work a C- (might pass with some people and fail with other people). The reason is because I have questions about the craftsmanship. If they are cutting corners on the stuff I notice as an untrained person, then what else is not done right? For example, after installing the LVP there is an obvious space with the floor was not level (the floor was bouncy). I would expect to uninstall, then level the floor, then reinstall the LVP. Instead, they drilled holes in several places throughout the house into the LVP, then injected glue into the hole, to glue LVP to the floor. Now, instead of being bouncy, it feels like rocks are under the LVP. Ex. 2: the baseboards are not flush, and where they are joined looks like a toddler glued it together. I told them that the baseboards should be joined and look seamless instead of fixing all the seams. He fixed the two worst ones and left all the rest of the seams throughout the house. So now two baseboards look good all the rest look like crap. The owner said everything will settle in a year and not have all these issues. I'll come back in 2027 with an update. We went through Empire Today, they were no help. I told them to send someone out to fix everything, they sent the same guy that messed everything up. If you have to go with Empire because of money issues, i get it, that's why we went with them .... You get what you pay for, I'm sure it's worth it for a lot of people. I don't know if we could have done anything different, maybe try to catch problems when they happen, cause once it's done, they are not changing it.
