KB Donuts is priced like you're in the '90s. I can't remember the last time I've had a meal for under $10, yet this is KB's specialty. This little donut joint does so much more than baked goods. You'll find menu items like breakfast burritos, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, all for under $10. They even have a delicious menu of fresh pressed juices and smoothies. I ordered the breakfast burrito and beet juice to kick off my Saturday morning. The burrito was piping hot, stuffed with potatoes, turkey, scrambled egg, and salsa. In the future I might add avocado for a difference in taste and texture. The beet juice was insanely delicious - this might be one of my new go-to spot for a healthy morning beverage. read more

KB's is my go-to donut shop. I originally came here since it's literally got my name on it ;) but I keep coming back because they have such good quality donuts. Truly you couldn't ask for better donuts. Perfect textures, perfect toppings and icing. Love the glazed donuts. They offer great breakfast sandwich options, I've never tried them, but they look great and other customers have told me how good they are. The taro boba was not my favorite but that's my fault because I should have asked for it to be less sweet. They get you in and out quickly without making you feel rushed. There is plenty of parking in the lot behind the shop. It's a casual grab and go restaurant tho there are a few seats inside. I will continue to support this great local treasure. I don't think I've ever had a croissant this big and definitely not one with this much meat on it. My niece recommended this place for a quick breakfast and they did not disappoint. I ordered the bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with a strawberry matcha to wash it all down. The sandwich was great and full of protein. They pilled on about 7 pieces of perfectly cooked bacon and two split sausage links. I opted to remove the mayonnaise and add strawberry jam (to get a sweet and savory vibe). The croissant was toasted and made fresh to order. The matcha was good but could've been just a little bit sweeter (and I don't like very sweet drinks). They gave the option online of semi vs extra sweet. Select the very sweet for veggie flavor. The strawberry puree didn't dissolve well so I got a lot of chunks through the straw. Some may enjoy this but it wasn't my favorite part. Overall I'd definitely come back for another sandwich or maybe try the burrito next time. read more

This is one of my favorite donut places that I found through the app- too good to go (Thanks Michelle for telling me about the app!!) I always get the too good to go boxes from here because they usually have more cake and old fashion donuts which are my favorite and they are extremely fresh The staff here is always extremely friendly and always have a huge smile on their face. I usually come here and get boxes for my mom's work or whenever I have an appointment in the morning I like to bring in a box for the staff The donuts are always fresh They have private parking The price is great whether you pay full price or buy it from the app, too good to go And again their staff is always friendly. Everytime I come here it's usually the same lady. I have to get her name next time I come in, she's extremely sweet They also have a drink menu and a food menu. I heard the breakfast burrito is really popular and their Vietnamese iced coffee is another popular thing here. On their sign outside it says they serve burgers and tacos. Which, I haven't tried before but I've heard the food is just as good as their donuts Also, bonus points for having my favorite candy on the counter (I've always been a sucker for airheads) so I grabbed a few of those. Oh wow! What a great find! Was in the mood for breakfast burritos and this came up in a search. I didn't want anything too fancy. Just a couple good breakfast burritos and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the price super inexpensive ($8 for the bacon, egg, cheese, hash brown) but the burrito was a pretty good size and hefty! This place is great! It's in a small parking lot with limited parking, but I don't see it getting filled up like that. Looking at all the menu options, everything is reasonably priced! The only item I have tried here is their breakfast burrito, which is under $10. I get their combo burrito, which comes with sausage, ham, bacon, potatoes, and cheese. I would describe it as a clean, non-greasy homemade burrito. All the ingredients taste fresh, and it doesn't give you that greasy feel after devouring your burrito. I'm writing this review in sections to cover what I believe is important! -The place itself This donut shop is very welcoming, the front ladies are so sweet and friendly which is always nice. They never give attitude or are rude, they are very sweet and I honestly am fond of that because customer service can always be a hit or miss in LB. -The food The menu itself is pretty expansive and gives you different options of meat choices for sandwiches and etc. The food is always so fresh, I love the croissant sandwich with either turkey or pastrami, it's delicioussss i swear. The fries that come with the combo HAVE NEVER FAILEDDDDD! Their ranch? it's so good, not some nasty hidden valley ranch, it's on wingstop level ranch. The donuts are always fresh, never too chewy or has a stale taste to it. The sweetness of the donuts always hits the right amount, it's not too overlay sweet like dunkin, it's the perfect amount. I love the maple donuts they are GREAT. They also have gluten free options as well which is a PLUS. Very considerate. Very Demure! -The prices You're paying for a fresh meal that is affordable, you're not worrying about processed this or that, this is freshly made here on the grill. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions and banana peppers are always fresh, I've never had a sandwich from here that has a brown lettuce leaf or a soggy tomato slice. -Drinks Drinks are FIVE DOLLARS! and they're so good not even a size s it's a good size for their drinks and their boba thai milk tea is delicious. The matcha is always so good it's never too sweet or tastes like dirt, it tastes DELICIOUS! I personally love the vietnamese coffee it always hits the spot and for five bucks I am IN LOVE! You can always sub the drink for the combo, to be a coffee or thai milk tea instead of a fountain drink which is a PLUS! I hadn't normally paid much attention to KB as we pass by and eat at The Grain, but today I was craving a Sunday donut and soooo happy I finally stopped in. I judge a donut store on their apple fritter. A lot of things can go wrong with an apple fritter, so I figure if they have the finesse to pull off a great apple fritter, then they can probably do many other bakery skills well too. This apple fritter was HUGE for only $2 (value!). The edges were crispy and the inside was light and fresh instead of old and oily. I only intended to eat 1/2, but polished off the whole thing before I knew what happened. My cashier was super friendly and welcoming and gave me a big smile and a warm "Have a great day!" as I left. This is a typical family-owned Cambodian donut shop that is ubiquitous in Southern California, thanks to Ted the Donut King. The setup is pretty informal, but the service is genuinely friendly. My wife and son go there often to pick up donuts, but I've only tried their teas. I wanted taro smoothie, but they ran out of the taro flavor. I got the mango tea instead. There's a lot to be said for customer service and kindness & this place has both in spades. We were greeted promptly and treated with patience when we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order. After we ordered we stepped aside to wait and were able to observe her interactions with customers steadily walking in--always friendly and welcoming. There are regulars she knows by name and young students she treats with respect. I don't know if I'm just jaded by the harshness of society, but her warmth towards others touched me. I had the sausage breakfast burrito. It's thick in size and maybe shorter than other types of breakfast burritos I've had. It's filled with potatoes, eggs and whatever meat you choose. I love the salsa it comes with on the side---I could drink the stuff--and I think it complimented the burrito really well. I love punches of flavor so for me, it would be bland without the salsa. They offer a huge assortment of drinks from coffee, milk teas to smoothies. And they have boba. Try their Vietnamese coffee if you're into that, it's good. They offer all kinds of breakfast options and sweets/donuts. I also tried their cream cheese muffin & it was good--moist and just the right flavor I was looking for. Without salsa, solid 7/10, 8/10 with sauce. Something I would purchase again. Because it was Memorial Day, I also ordered 1.5 dozen donuts for my coworkers. Tried the old fashioned glazed cake donut. Very delicious, 10/10, not much I would change or complain about. Only thing is, they have 4 trash cans in the parking lot, how are people throwing trash on the floor?
