My company was notified and said they would call AAA and get back to me with an ETA. 1 hour later, well, that didn't happen as there was all sorts of reasons, we couldn't get a tow for me. Amy answered and I explained what happened and said they could be there in 20 minutes. Well, my work was going back and forth for 2 hours with AAA. Yep I'm still waiting for them to call Moerys to get me out. Well after a few more agonizing moments of WTF I called the owner, He says "were still on hold with AAA". My reply was" I gave dispatch a number to tow company that can be here in 20 minutes, they work with AAA, the reply given was "give me their number." 45 minutes later Moerys was contacted, and they were on their way!!! I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
