As for selection, please keep in mind that they are a smallish shop and will not have the HUGE selection that commercial stores, like KAY or JBRobinson, have, but they do have some really nice things. The owner is also a Kent State University alum (go Flashes!), so I kept the mailer, and finally took my rings in two days ago. The cost was so reasonable that I asked him to re-size three rings and repair a broken bracelet, and left the items with him. He called the following day to let me know the work was done, and that I could pick them up at my convenience. While-you-wait repairs are available, the owner will clean your jewelry at no cost, and he welcomed my dog (dog-friendly businesses have a special place in my heart).
