Worst place of business I've ever dealt with .I went in this store found the perfect wedding band I had the assistance of the manager who ordered the ring for me in my size only to take my money and order the wrong ring .They then so called make it right ordering the ring again telling me the ring would be in 12/7/22 , another let down the ring never showed up AGAIN .called customer care ,there is no customer care they don't give a crap about you or your special occasion she tells me that she doesn't know when the ring will be in ... no commitment ,no loyalty and no care and concern for there customer . They never acknowledge you when you walk in, busy or not. There is one older man that works here. I HATE when he isn't working or available. He is the ONLY staff member that acknowledges every single person who walks in whether he's busy or not. One time he had to whisper to the other employees to help the people who had just walked in. Outside of him, slow service and poor staff. I picked up my bracelet after dropping it off for a cleaning. I waited and waited. Only one in the store. When the lady got done talking to her customer, she looked around the store asking who was next as if she hadn't seen me standing there for 15 minutes. I'm never coming back. read more

This place is great if you have no issues. But the moment you have a problem no one wants to take responsibility. We bought a Tungsten ring for close to $1000 and the ring literally came apart. We were told since the warranty plan expired we were out of luck. The ring has no physical damage and the issue is they glue the brushed and polished metals together and the glue failed. We talked to the assistant manager and called customer service. Both have zero help and customer service admitted it was an issue but nothing they can do. Beware buying here. Great service, friendly staff and a clean and safe store environment. Everyone wears mask and they have disinfectant all over the store. I saw them wiping down areas after people walked away. Selection was very good and when they didn't have what I wanted the manager found it online and had it in the store in a few days. Great place to shop. Great selection. read more

Let me just say, that not every kiss begins with Kay. And I will NEVER buy from them again. My husband purchased a ring for me near Valentine's Day. When he purchased it he repeatedly told the woman my ring size so it could be sent off for sizing. The sales person kept telling him "No, No. You give it to her first and then she brings it in for sizing." My husband not knowing any better agreed and paid over $200 for the ring and warranty. Talk about disappointment when I got my ring for Valentine's Day and couldn't wear it because it didn't fit. We took it into the store and they told me I had to wait an ADDITIONAL THREE WEEKS for sizing!!!! Now why couldn't they have just sent it off for sizing in the first place like he asked at the time of purchase? This was an additional step, an unnecessary step. In addition, after only 5 months of having the ring, a diamond came loose and is now lost. Cheaply made, bad service. We will take our business elsewhere next time. read more

I went into this location to inquire about a stone replacement and resizing for my wedding ring!! The manager advised I would be next in line as she took a guy to assist him. She then assisted another lady in front of me and the other associate assisted another person. I politely advised I had been waiting for twenty minutes. She then proceeded to talk with the guy and he and her began to laugh. I didn't say anything I just told her what it was that I needed. I advised her that someone in her office told me I can come get my stone replaced at anytime they never stated I had a specific time to come in and now I have to pay to have a stone replaced. I now No Longer want the ring. I am going to pay to have it out from being resized and I will be selling it for another ring. I do not recommend or refer this company with their unprofessional and racist associates. It's ridiculous to spend your hard earn money with a company that doesn't even respect you as a human being it's SICKENING Update: 10:57 pm on 12/17 I spoke with manager Tim and he was very professional and has completely resolved my issues!! I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3 because I appreciate him acknowledging my concerns and being empathetic to my feelings. However, the young lady that was nasty and disrespectful I pray she has a Happy Holiday because who knows what her struggle may b3!! Update 2:04 am on 1/8 Received my ring this morning!! I sent my ring to be sized and it was done! However, I also had a stone missing that I didn't request be replaced. The manager Tim must have had it repaired and when I came to pick it up there was No charge!! Purchased a ring for the girlfriend two weeks ago. Elaine was helpful but I did not want to buy the ring because it only come in size 7 and I needed a 4. She told me resize is COMPLIMENTARY and I can take the ring home and come back anytime. Came back yesterday and Eliane was not friendly and wanted to charge me $50 for resize. We argued and she gave me $15 off. I lose gold from downsizing and still want to charge money. Will never purchase from Kay Jewelers again. Called corporate to complain and was put on hold for 30 minutes after speaking to a representative. She said let me put you on hold to document the complaint and I never heard from her. Did it on purpose to get rid of me?? Called the store manager, Ron Kain, and he did not want to help. On the day I came back to pick up the ring they said they do not have it. Asked me if I resize it at this store? Took them 20 minutes to search for it. Poorly trained staff. read more

I got this ad in the mail and my husband went to go and get me the ring. Apparently Key's in store only sell size 7 the largest, I think this is wrong because the ad say 24.99 and if you want the ring any larger it a extra 19.99. I would think since they're having a promotion that they would have all different sizes it feels like they they are trying to pulling a fast one on potential customers. I think it's wrong because it seems like only petite women can get the promotional price. They should've specified it clearly on their ad so that we wouldn't waste our gas going to the store. I always wanted a diamond from Kay's but since getting one in June I have taken it for repair 5 times because diamond feel out. On the 5th attempt to get it repaired three weeks ago that refused and talked me into getting a 3 caret. It is beautiful but this morning when I woke one of the large diamonds was missing. This is the worst store. My husband has purchased over $20K in diamonds from this store & purchased the warranties as well. They're total a55holes when you bring your jewelry in to have inspected and cleaned. It may be extra work that they don't want to do but I'm still a customer. Instead of being nice & giving good customer service they literally roll their eyes and act like I'm bothering them. So instead of shopping around their store and looking for my next piece to buy while I wait on my jewelry I don't. I refuse to buy another piece from here strictly because of their customer service. I took my ring to get inspected on 8/15/2016 as per my insurance agreement. AFTER inspection I was given my ring back and it looked HORRIBLE. I had a cleaning done as well so you can imagine my shock when I saw it. I gave the ring back to the employee (no name tag but she had a lazy eye and a pony tail on) she told me that's all she could do because leaving silver in the solution too long would cause it to tarnish. MY RING IS WHITE GOLD, WOULDN'T SHE HAVE KNOWN THAT IF A PROPER INSPECTION HAD JUST BEEN DONE? At that moment I let her know I was offended by her, that's when she grabbed the magnifier on her lanyard and looked at the ring. She then replied she assumed the ring was silver because she had recently sold the same one with a chuckle. With that she nervous laughed again as she said "Well that's the reason it's not clean, I used the wrong cleaner." I was so angry by the time she finishing using the gold cleaning machine, I grabbed my ring and left. Upon inspecting the ring in the car I saw it was STILL DIRTY. I am weary to go back to this location. Can I go to ANY Kay's to get an inspection? I don't feel like my property was treated with the respect such a beautiful stone deserves. read more

I purchased a ring at the Kay jewelry store in Arlington, Texas. The sales lady ran my credit rating. My credit rating is excellent. The sales lady informed me of a Deferred interest plan for 12 months . No down payment was required. I accepted financing with Comenity Bank associated with Kay and made the purchase. Long story short, the deferred interest plan was not honored by Kay. Comenity Bank set me at an APR of 27.99 revolving rate with daily compounded interest. How's that for excellent credit! The interest rate increases each month. I have tried in good faith to get a reduced interest rate, kay to return my interest paid , and for Kay to honor the deferred interest rate plan initially offered and accepted. Kay is unwilling to reduce the interest rate or honor the deferred interest plan, and unwilling to return interest paid. I have closed my account and wanted to share my experience regarding Kay and Comenity Bank. In my opinion and experience both entities are rip offs and demonstrate greed as priority. I will never shop Kay again. Dissatisfied and angry consumer!!! read more

People were friendly. Jewelry was cheaply made my honey got me earrings necklace and ring for valentine's day. We went back an hour after purchase to get it sized had to pay for that the chain was 18inch to short tried to get them to swap it out they wouldnt do it. Ended up buying another one more expensive cause the one we had originally bout they didnt have a longer size in after all that i got a warranty on everything week later the chain breaks i take it back figures they wouldnt have another one. So i upgraded chains since that one pulled my neck hair anyway i drive home go to put the pendant on it and that chain breaks. Take it right back now they have to send it off to be repaired whitch means ive gotta wait till the 5th to get it back not to mention i have to already go back the 27th to pick up my ring!!!! People were amazing but policy sucks!!! I will never go there again very unsatisfied with kay jeweler!! I recommend u do all research on places before u ever go there. read more

Bought a $300 white gold dolphin ring for my girlfriend. Ordered it FROM THE STORE IN TOWN EAST MALL. I ordered it in size 6.5 They assured me that's the size it would be when it arrived. Well when it arrived it was a 7. So I asked them to resize it to a 6.5 Imagine my shock when the girl at the counter told me "Okay it will be $50.00 for a one time sizing". Excuse me? I explained to them (while holding the receipt for proof) that I ordered a 6.5, not a 7. It wasn't my fault the wrong size was sent, it was their fault. So now I PAY to have it sized to what it should have been in the first place?????? And I explained this to them and they STILL told me they could not size it for free. They said they "might" be able to do it for $25.00.....lol what a joke. So guess what I did? I took advantage of a loophole that says I don't pay until delivery, and even then I don't have to if I am unsatisfied with the product. So I didn't pay for it, and just had them order another one. This one should be the correct size, and if its not, I will never buy from KAY again. read more
