I called and asked them to come back and finish the job, but instead of correcting the issue, they told me I would have to place ANOTHER order and pay again. $400 is a lot of money for junk removal, and for that price I expected the job to actually be completed. I should not have to pay twice to get the service I originally paid for. Very disappointing customer service and experience.

Rent a truck, pack up my crap, take it to multiple locations to get rid of all of it - on top of even just figuring out what the hell to do with all of it? Sent them photos, got a response fast, and scheduling was easy. They showed up in the window they gave me which sounds basic but honestly reliability is everything with this kind of service. The crew was efficient and friendly. No attitude about the heavy stuff, no dragging their feet, just got in and got it done. The garage was clear faster than I expected and they didn't leave a mess behind. Pricing was straightforward too. No weird charges tacked on at the end, just what they quoted. The "we don't judge the pile" thing is real by the way. I was a little embarrassed about how much had accumulated and nobody made me feel bad about it for a second. If you've been putting off a cleanout because you don't know where to start, just text them some photos and let these guys handle it. Wish I had done it sooner.

I just needed to get rid off an old guest mattress. Fred's website was extremely easy to use to book my appointment. I chose a date, time, and left my mattress off to the side in the driveway. You have the option of taking a photo of the item(s) you are planning to get rid of. The day of the appointment, I messaged Fred to ask him if he needed me to be awake for the pickup. I had just worked a 12 hour shift the previous night and was exhausted. He replied very quickly to my text. He was prompt in his reply, friendly and he assured me he would take care of it and be as quiet as possible. I thanked him and arranged payment. You can pay by credit card, Venmo or cash... multiple methods of payment is so convenient. I Venmo'd him my payment and went to sleep. When I woke up later in the afternoon, the mattress was gone just like he assured me it would be. I never even knew he was here (my room is near the front of my house).
