I was surprised to see that Kausa had still zero Yelp reviews and pictures, but since I am curious and willing to discover also something different from the typical Spanish food, we went yesterday for dinner in this Peruvian restaurant. I am now happy to share our positive experience: super-friendly staff, explaining all specialties in details and great food, from starters to dessert. We shared yuca sticks wrapped in bacon and baked potato filled with beef, olives and spices. We had then chicken with yellow chili pepper sauce, lamb macerated in coriander and black beer and soup with shrimps, milk, cottage cheese, rice and spices. We had different desserts, all excellent also because not too sweat. We finished with a strong and full of flavor pisco and a perfectly prepared pisco sour. Unfortunately it was impossible to taste all specialties, but we will certainly come back to complete our cooking tour! read more
