We (party of 5) are from the U.S and were very excited to try this Peruvian restaurant. We walked in, were seated right away and our waitress (young girl, short w/glasses) brought us menus, after 10 minutes of waiting, and asked us what we wanted to drink. (No smile, looked extremely bothered to even be serving us) we asked her if she had any recommendation for a dry white wine- she said she didn't know and asked us AGAIN what we wanted to drink, we asked for a glass of a white wine and she said she couldn't give us the glass of that specific wine and could only get us a bottle- we asked what white wine was per glass and we got one of those. Before she walked away I asked if we could put our appetizer orders in to which she said she suggested putting in all meals together (appetizers and entrees) so they would come out all at the same time and if we were to order an appetizer it would take really long to get the entree finished right after that, which as confusing as it sounds while reading this- was just as confusing hearing it. So we were talking amongst ourselves to decide whether or not we would be putting in the appetizer first- 30 seconds and she says "well since no one is telling me I'm walking away" In Spanish of course- EXTREMELY rude and honestly we were so shocked that she walked away like that- I called for another waiter (who was so nice) to give us the bill so we could leave - he tried to apologize and get us to stay but it was too late at that point and a dinner that we potentially could've enjoyed and even left a good review for- vanished. I suggest training the staff better and if someone is having a bad day- not to take it out on paying customers. read more
