The pharmacist refused to my prescription that was called in on 12.26.24. This medication I am required to take 3x daily. If I stop this medication cold turkey it will cause me to have seizures. The pharmacist knows this. I am sure he is aware if this causes me to be hospitalized there will be a lawsuit for Mal practice. He has no concern for the clients that have there medication filled there. No ownership, stay far far away from this pharmacy. I receive a compounded medication from this pharmacy and have so for years. Sometimes I'll receive my refill within 3 days, other times (like yesterday) it's 8 days with me going without the medication for 2-3 days. The latter happens too often. I called in am and requested it in the afternoon since I was literally next door yesterday. They were working on it. Since I was done with my other appointment close to 4:00 pm I stopped by, still not ready 8 days later after calling it in Drove the 20 minutes home only to receive a "it's ready" text a half hour later. I've been filling my medication here for years. Yesterday I got a phone call and was told that I have to pay $75 cash to pick up my meds if I want them, even though they are covered by my insurance and this facility has taken my insurance time and time again. Reason being that the cost was higher than the insurance covered and it was an expense to the pharmacy. The pharmacist tried to act like providing me the opportunity to pay $75 dollars for my meds that usually only cost $10 with my insurance was a favor! When in reality he was not going to be allowing me to use my insurance at all and forcing me to pay $2.50 a pill, which is over going rate in order to turn more of a profit. Then he had the audacity to continue to speak to me like a toddler. I've spoken with insurance on the matter and they have never heard of such a thing. Please be aware. Small town isn't always better. Now I'm going to have to go without medication to find a new place. read more

Cardiologist wrote me a prescription for compression stockings for which I was measured by a young lady at their pharmacy. After measuring the assistant said she thought I would have difficulty getting the appropriate size stockings over my ankles so I said maybe I should take a size larger and at no time was their "no return policy" mentioned. Only when I looked at the receipt was I aware of this. On attempting to try these on at home I could not get the foot part over my ankles. Had the "no return" policy been mentioned prior to purchase, and being a senior, I would not have taken the risk with the high $50.00 cost. read more

I've been filling my hormones RX for years at this pharmacy where they seemed to be very good at first. BUT, the last couple of years they have consistently been so SLOW in filling my compounding prescriptions--often up to 10 days and of course I always run out before then I try to call earlier each month but the same thing happens. Today, May 17, 2016, I have been waiting 5 days again & each day that I have called they promise it will be ready "later today". Each & every month they say "oh we're backlogged on the compounding." So, being out of my hypo-nystatin, my yeast overgrowth has increased steadily now. I had sinus surgery two weeks ago & can't seem to heal (it was supposed to heal in one day.) I was attempting to purchase 2 separate batches of 1000 mg CBD that are pivotal to both my sister and my mothers recovery. My sister just had her fourth back surgery. My mom has stage 3 liver cancer. The Ananda CBD is the best option for pain so we don't have to seek TOO much therapy via opiates. Because I am a bartender who has recently been using a card for sanitation, my card immediately got flagged for fraud. I was embarrassed, but crystal was patient with me and kind. I have been going to this pharmacy since employer health insurance changes. I like the small town, family feel of this business. However just like with all family and friends, it comes with positives and negatives which have to be accommodated. Yes, they can be late and need to be reminded. On the other hand their knowledge and willingness to share advise is unmatched. Wonderful staff and great prices. I've been using them for five years and have no complaints. I don't buy many personal items there, mostly prescriptions, and a lot of them. The inventory of other items is small but the prices are reasonable and don't gouge. The staff gets the generics I need (some brands don't work as well as others) and keeps them in stock for me. The price of one name-brand prescription I used when I had no insurance was lower here than anywhere, including large discount pharmacies. Highly recommend. read more
