The team put together a service that honored my friend without imposing outside ideologies or beliefs and did so with the utmost respect and care. It felt less like a funeral and more a celebration of life. I've been to many services where the essence of the person who has passed is not captured. The service feels rushed, etc. Schmidt was incredible. Thank you for providing comfort and care with empathy in an incredibly epic way.

Just wanted to share that my brother and his family have gotten the absolute best treatment from…read moreKaty Funeral Home . With the passing of my nephew, this was a very difficult task as parents to navigate to make his final arrangements . My sisters started a GoFundMe for them because they just buried my sister-in-law's mother a little over a month ago so their funds were very low if not depleted . For the past five days, they went to so many funeral home to try to find the best they could get with what we've raised for them, but the treatment and the ill mannered from many of those other funeral homes was totally unprofessional and so wrong especially with what my brother and sister in law have had to endure. Ashlyn was the most caring, warm, patient, welcoming and so understanding of their needs and answered all of their questions that they decided to use Katy funeral home. Will definitely recommend Katy Funeral home when you need this type of service. Ashlyn and the staff were wonderful and very helpful!

Wow. They prey on elders by outbound soliciting them to sign contracts because "prices are going…read moreup" and then make it incredibly difficult to cancel. Their prices are incredibly high vs market rates because sadly I've been through the process before with a firmer loved one. They refuse to answer specifics on cancellation process, how much you'll get back and what I love about Mary Rodriguez and their sales manager Vincent Campise is that they point you to other people and to the state of Texas to answer the basic questions on how much you'll get from your refund and the process. Ummm...that sounds like a scam. This is an immoral and unethical business. I cannot believe their business is allowed to exist.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.
