They offer video livestream package and will save the recording afterwards onto a USB drive if you request and provide them with the stick. There's a large accompanying room to allow family and friends privacy which came in very handy. Facilities are pristine, clean, and well maintained. We were very pleased with how well the whole experience went. The team of Hùng, Josephine, Brian Lee and Jessica did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end. Winford Funerals was referred to my family. This is tough to review given the circumstances of losing a family member, but this place was so accommodating that I need to give back. We chose Winford because of their knowledge with Asian cultures. We had a consultation with Jessica at the Northwest location to gather information and just have an idea of what is to come and how to be prepared. Jessica was super helpful. Never having to go through this before, Jessica asked what we would like and explained different aspects of options that could be done. This was the initial consultation which went well. Second meeting was with Victor. This was to finalize the details of the funeral. He explained everything more in detail and helped organize the actual funeral. Wonderful person and very detailed. Made sure we understood everything that was spoken about. Accommodating: because this was a first for our family, there was a lot of uncertainty and a lot of last minute changes. No matter what it was, they happily obliged. They even went with the changes and gave us their suggestion to enhance and improve on our ideas. The outcome was a beautifully organized memorial. The staff was compassionate, understanding and caring. Jessica was very sweet and patient and guided us step by step with the funeral arrangements and documentation. My Father's funeral was held here on August 17, 2019. We had great service and care from beginning to end. The staff is very helpful and respectful of your wishes and maintained open communication. It is still surreal that my father is gone and we cremated him that day. The funeral home has iron gates with two entrance/exits. It is located on Breen Dr and during busy hours can be tricky to get in and out of. The crematorium is located not too far in the building which made it easier for the end of the service. Brian Lee the funeral director is bilingual (Korean and English) was an amazing support to my family when we unexpectedly lost my father on March 25th 2021. He took care of my father with so much care and compassion. He has an amazing gift from God. He was there to help us make decisions for the ceremony and the burial service. We just had my mom's funeral this week. It was very difficult time for my family. We visited with Funeral Director Brian Lee over the weekend and her funeral took place on Wednesday. He was very caring and compassionate. He took time to go over things with us in detail as things were happening so fast.
