The guy that came to clean the carpet rushed through the property and left a very bad stain in the master bedroom. I called Kevin, he asked that I send him a picture of the stain and he will try to arrange something for the next day. I sent the picture per Kevin's request. Now...ask me have i heard from Kevin since February 28, 2020? No, I have not! I called and left a VM for Kevin twice after that. I just received word from my tenant that they had the carpet re-cleaned on March 16th and the cleaner told them that they could not tell that the carpet was cleaned only 2 weeks ago. My suggestion is to use someone else as I have not heard from Kevin and we had to go with another option.
