1 Star. My Wedding Gown Was Lost, and the Customer Service Has Been Appalling…read more I would never recommend this dry cleaner to anyone, especially if you are trusting them with something as valuable and sentimental as your wedding gown. I dropped off my Vera bridal wedding gown to be preserved for the future. When I went to retrieve it, I was given a completely different wedding dress. My wedding gown is still missing. When we contacted the business to explain that the gown they had given us was not mine, their response was essentially that there was nothing they could do to help. They claimed they could not look back through their records to determine whose dress I had received, identify the owner, or provide any information that could help locate my gown. Absolutely no meaningful assistance or accountability. What makes this even more frustrating is that they placed the blame on ME for not opening the preserved gown to verify its contents before leaving. My name was on the gown, and the entire purpose of having a wedding dress preserved is to protect it for the future. Why would I open a professionally preserved gown that was labeled with my name to question whether they had done their job correctly? Now, I am left with someone else's wedding gown, and somewhere out there, someone has mine. My gown was a high-value dress that I entrusted to this business for preservation. The dress I received in return was not even comparable in quality. I cannot say what happened to my gown, and I am not going to make accusations without proof. However, the complete lack of transparency, the refusal to help investigate the mix-up, and the way this situation has been handled have left me with serious concerns about how this business operates. A wedding gown is not just another item of clothing. It holds memories, sentimental value, and, in many cases, significant financial value. To have something so important go missing and then be met with rudeness, blame, and virtually no effort to make things right is unacceptable. The negligence, lack of customer service, and complete absence of accountability have been incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering leaving valuable or sentimental items here. Based on my experience, I would not trust this business with anything important, let alone a wedding gown. I am still hoping someone will come forward and help reunite me with my dress. My gown is missing, and I deserve answers.

I can not express in words how fantastic Jackie is! My wedding dress was previously altered by a…read moreprivate seamstress who did not alter my dress correctly. I called Jackie who made a special arrangement to see me since it was so close to our wedding date. She not only fixed my dress but immediately made me feel at ease the minute I walked in her store. She took her time to explain to me what the issues were and how she was going to adjust the previous seamstress work. Jackie is incredibly professional and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and loves helping people. I am forever grateful for her help and I can't wait for my fiancé to see the dress! Thank you again Jackie!

I live out of state and buying my uncle clothes has always been a challenge. My sister was visiting and we agreed my uncle was in desperate need of new pants. I just want to express my gratitude for this kind act and positive shopping experience.

It was just over $46 with tax. The suit was clean and it was done on time but wow, the price was crazy. We will not do business with them again. It also was pressed a bit oddly on the lapel--it looked crocked when buttoned and on the hanger but when hubby put it on it was OK. Not happy and do not recommend them.

Service is slow, allow 2 - 3 days turnaround minimum. As they are convenient and being the only game in town, they have a relatively captive audience. So far, Jim Dandy has ruined two sweaters; one was a very nice heavy wool sweater from South America, the other was an Ann Taylor cashmere sweater that my husband bought for me as a Christmas present about 9 years ago. They shrunk the heavy wool sweater and offered to try to stretch it back to the right size. No luck there. The cashmere seems to have been put in with a darker piece that transferred a darker color onto my sweater. That sweater was expensive and I am very disgusted that the company ruined it. I will not be taking anything to this company to be cleaned again.
