I wanted to let all the people of Janesville, WI know how…read morelucky you are to have the Diamond Center. These guys are everything you want in a jewelry store. My family has been buying from them for over 30 years now. They are what I like to call the Real Deal! From my experiences dealing with jewlery stores and thier staffs, this one is by far the most professional. They were always smiling, friendly staff, all the employee's seem to be happy, they are honest, they offer the best prices, they are trustworthy, they offer informative suggestions, very knowledgeable and we'll trained staff, they are not pushy, and on and on. I dealt with Jeff from thier sales team on designing a custom wedding ring and band for my future wife. I reccomend you deal with him for any of your needs. He will make sure that you get exactly what you are looking for. I promise you will not be disappointed you chose him. He was a blast to work with. He is a young family man who is down to earth. He understands not everyone is made of money. Treats each customer with the same amount of respect no matter how big or little the purchase may be. His knowledge and expertise speaks for itself when it comes to diamonds. He understood what finished product I wanted and why. I wanted what he would want for his wife. His goal was to make me happy. I wanted the best of the best, without any of the B.S. He never made me feel pressured in anyway. Always wanted my ideas to be first as we built my ideal ring. Never tried to sell me on anything or any of his ideas. Never tried to even upsell me. He made me feel as if he was truly thier for me. He even helped offer me some money saving ideas which was nice. Always acted as if he was on my side. I liked that about him! That he would do what he could to get me the best deal. Straight to the point! You know this was in my mind was suppose to be a stressful time filled with hard decisions. Why you ask? Well you want everything to be perfect. Thier is so much information to know about diamonds, unless you just pick a ring and go. Not the case for me however. For some of us it is a once in a lifetime decision! An expensive decision in the end. I had fun throughout the whole process thanks to the Diamond Center and thier staff. I would not reccomend another jewelry company for any of your needs or purchases regardless of what it is. Here you get what you pay for! All thier products come with a warranty. They stand behind thier diamonds for life. Thier diamonds always keep the entire purchase value for the life of the stone so at any time in the future you can upgrade or even change styles if you'd like too. No warranty to purchase. Your warranty is knowing that the Diamond Center stands behind you as a customer of thiers. What more can you ask for. Don't get ripped off when purchasing your high end jewelry. Don't buy something that you know nothing about, from these small businesses that will sell junk. Come to the Diamond Center a place you can trust. Professionals!

Taryn and Alisa NEED TO BE PAID MORE THAN WHAT THEY GET PAID CURRENTLY AFTER WORKING WITH THEN!…read more This place is a really nice spot to go if you need jewelry. Not to mention their whole team is awesome. I mainly worked with Taryn and she was amazing and was very helpful with sorting out the questions and finalizing my particular customizations I wanted. Alisa was very nice assisting with the initial visit and assisting when Taryn was out. I had the best experience ever and I'm thankful that I bought from this location. The whole team needs a raise, especially Taryn and Alisa deserve one though because they took the most time sorting everything out and helping work through all the hassles of the work flow. Taryn was exceptional helping me find something that I loved that also fit my style too, big props to her she definitely deserves a bonus and employee of the month. it's only fair because she helped me with my SpongeBob bracelet. I highly recommend, pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. They were down to earth, helpful, kind, supportive, fast and very efficient.. not to mention they took extra time to research and prepare a lot of extra stuff when I was looking/shopping for options. 11/10 you will not be disappointed. Give Taryn and Alisa a raise.. NOW! that's the only reason my rating is not 100/10 Ps if you don't give Taryn and Alisa more money on their paycheck i will find a way to tell everyone not to shop here anymore so you better do it. You should really really really do it (give Taryn and Alisa more money please) -Thank you in advance
