Marc and Tom happened to be in my area when I called on February 17, 2022 so I was lucky to have them arrive within 10 minutes of calling Allabaugh Well Company. These guys are professional, friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable. We came home after running some errands and didn't have water throughout our home. I struggled with who I should call because there were so few reviews with any of the local companies and we're new to this area. The switch on our well pump needed to be replaced. Marc and Tom did a great job switching the switch out with speed and left the job exactly as it was before. I had covered our pump with insulation and put a small space heater next to the pump and the guys put everything back just as they found it, cleaning up after finishing the job. I was really pleased and relieved that I called Allabaugh's. It's not often things work out so well when I have to call a company for things I don't feel comfortable doing myself. We were having low water pressure issue with our residential well. Suspected 25+ year old pump was failing. I called Marc and Tom and they came out the same day. After some trouble shooting, they confirmed our well pump was just worn out needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment for two days later. They arrived right on time. Replaced our pump and other parts needing replaced in a timely manner. Our water pressure is great! They were friendly and professional and didn't try to oversell us anything we didn't need.
