The lady at the S. Beloit location (Char or maybe Carlene), is extremely rude. She is rude on the phone, it is obvious she is not happy, and you are beneath her ( wasting her time). She is not very accommodating when you ask her a question, acts like customers are a bother and more. I have gone in to purchase a filter, my husband has gone in, and I know of other customers who have been subjected to her very poor customer service. Do your self a favor, order your filters off Amazon, they are cheaper and you don't have to be treated terribly.

He fit us into his busy day to come help us out. We had an unknown problem with our furnace and he was able to give his opinion of what the problem may be. Greg came out and I brought him down the furnace. He offered to have me watch what he did so that I could maybe gain some know-how. Greg worked quick , and as someone who enjoys learning he was more than willing to educate me on what he was doing , and why he was doing it. Greg further educated us about heating and cooling in general and gave us some tips and advice. It was a cheap service call and he got our heat working again , what more can I say. Professional, friendly , courteous. Will absolutely hire again.

They were very responsive and even though it didn't take getting into either the attic or up on the roof itself, the fact they were willing to earns a gold star in my book (an 8:12 second story pitched roof is no joke). Our ducts were moderately dusty to start, and the Bowen team cleaned them thoroughly. They helped me remove some old cable cords that the previous homeowner had run through the ducts as well. As they were leaving, we noticed our television had a dent in it. I asked them to come take a look, and they quickly took responsibility and thought maybe a vacuum hose or something hit the TV. Right on the spot, they offered to replace the TV fully, no questions asked. They had me call Molly in the office, had her get the info on the TV, went to finish another job, picked up the TV at a WalMart, and delivered it back to us. I can't say enough about the kindness of this act! We were just moving into our new home, and our daughter needed some entertainment while we unpacked. And with the coupon in valpak the cost was comparable to renting a machine and doing it myself. I have had other companies out and tried using their coupons, and the other companies always added "this is extra or that isn't included" but Advantage did not upsell or tack on any extras, like spot treating. The tech actually left a bottle of spot cleaner for later use. I will definitely use them again!
