He had to replace a part and the unit has run fine since. I have also used their services to replace old electrical boxes in the ceiling of the second floor bedrooms so I was able to replace the light fixtures with ceiling fans. He also ran the electrical for my microwave and installed the unit. As of recent, he installed a whole house air purification unit to assist with odor elimination and remove particles from the air. The unit works great. My wife has terrible alergies and since installing the unit it has eliminated her having to take as many medications. Today he evaluated my furnace to ensure that the water was flowing from the furnace to the drain. He cleaned the line, removed a pump that was not needed, and installed drainage. Tried following week over and over but no response,finally had to call someone else to fix it and they came over in morning and found problem in less than a minute,bad air valve,cost me $37 in parts,works great now,Now they billed me and I refused to pay as they didn't do anything and explained I called office and tech more than 50 times in 2 1/2 weeks with no response,they now sent it to collection agency ! I called them again and they came out, but the dryer still did not dry the clothes and it made more noise after they left than when they left the first time. That was over $220.00 for both visits. Then I called Ted's. They came out but did not fix the problem, the dryer still made noise and did not dry the clothes. They sent me a bill for $75.00. I protested, so they cancelled the bill. Then two weeks later I got a bill for the same $75.00 they charged me for the first time. Finally after calling two different electricians, we finally got the dryer to dry clothes. But it still makes noise. That was over $500.00. I could have bought a new dryer and saved all the hassle.

Jason with Assured stopped out and discovered our computer board on our 22 year old furnace was not working. He tried to get furnace running again and even went back to his shop to find a donor board. After discussing the age and shape of furnace it made sense to replace. Assured showed up Monday morning at 7:00am removed old furnace and installed new high efficiency furnace. Crew did a fantastic job, super clean and respectful of our home. Wonderful job Assure!
