The worst Experience Ever…read more I took my mom. She asked for a manicure and they changed her polish, did no cuticle anything and charged her $45. I got dip powder and was told that because my nails were so short it's going to look bad. Then she made fun of one of my fingers and proceeded to make the dip so thick I peeled it off as soon as I left after paying $40 myself. My mom and I were both disappointed and will not be returning. Probably the rudest lady I have ever been around as she continued to talk about me to her coworkers and they all came over and looked at my nails and laughed during the time I was in there. And when questioned after the first dip, she said "it's ok". She had the lid flipped so I couldn't see the number she got off the shelf. I said again, before she put the final clear coat, that it wasn't the matching color, and she replied, "it's fine". When I was paying another tech noticed my frustration. I told him and he said something to her. Her response to me was just - sorry. I guess I should just be happy she didn't make my nail bed bleed this time....USED to spend $220/month there. Be careful who you get.

Grasyn has been my stylist for a while now and she is wonderful, thoughtful, and very down to earth. I brought her a picture of a day when my hair "just looked perfect" from years ago and she perfectly recreated that style for me. I've been with her ever since. She is also great at showing me different ways to work with my cut and more current ways I can style it, things I would not have thought of on my own. I happily recommend this excellent salon!
