That tech was tied up and after she was done with the person she was working on, she had an appointment coming in. I needed to come back the next day either at opening or at 1pm and they would make sure to get me in. Now, I understood they were short-handed. And, I understand they were busy and only had limited services. What I don't understand is why I had to wait close to 45 minutes to be told they couldn't do my nails and I had to come back the following day - I understand the issues they had going on, but because they didn't let me (or at least one other person) know, we wasted our time sitting there for nothing. This is not professional - If they couldn't offer one of their services, they could have at least posted something by the sign in sheet so people wouldn't waste their time waiting. I found another shop nearby to get what I needed done.

When I first walked in the nail tech was considerably rude when she asked me to sit down but, after the reasonably short wait, I sat down at her station to find that she did my nails quickly and gently (besides one incident where she cut me and when I tried to pull away she yanked my hand back). After she finished my nails fairly quickly I was pleasantly surprised. Although they weren't exactly what I asked for, my nails were pretty cute. Do I think they were worth the 50$? No, no I don't. But all in all my nail tech did a reasonably good job quickly and gently, and I'm pleased with my new nails.

Grasyn has been my stylist for a while now and she is wonderful, thoughtful, and very down to earth. I brought her a picture of a day when my hair "just looked perfect" from years ago and she perfectly recreated that style for me. I've been with her ever since. She is also great at showing me different ways to work with my cut and more current ways I can style it, things I would not have thought of on my own. I happily recommend this excellent salon!
