That tech was tied up and after she was done with the person she was working on, she had an appointment coming in. I needed to come back the next day either at opening or at 1pm and they would make sure to get me in. Now, I understood they were short-handed. And, I understand they were busy and only had limited services. What I don't understand is why I had to wait close to 45 minutes to be told they couldn't do my nails and I had to come back the following day - I understand the issues they had going on, but because they didn't let me (or at least one other person) know, we wasted our time sitting there for nothing. This is not professional - If they couldn't offer one of their services, they could have at least posted something by the sign in sheet so people wouldn't waste their time waiting. I found another shop nearby to get what I needed done.

The salon was nice and had all the necessary stuff to do all the hair and nail type things you may be interested in. Most importantly, she doesn't let just anyone touch her hair. She was really pleased with the service she got while she was there and has been back again since.
