They said Saturday is the busiest day and wait can be 2 hours but it's worth it. They say most people check in, do errands, then come back when they call. The nail techs do a great job and an excellent attention to detail. The staff is friendly and they do amazing nail art. They look their time and I appreciate the work. The energy between the nail ladies and the clients was very positive. They seem to really care about their regulars. Good vibes. Even with the wait time being so long, I will be coming back. They did an excellent job on my nails.

Over a month ago, I scheduled an appointment with Dermatology Specialist. I am a new patient here…read moreand decided to go with this doctor due to their availability. I really needed to get in sooner but this was the first available. While setting the appointment, the office set me up an account, got my insurance information and personal information. They told me a date and time and I confirmed with them the time specified. The day finally comes for me to come in and I noticed that I had not received a reminder text or call, which I thought was unusual as most doctors these days will send a reminder. I get to the office 25 minutes early to take care of new patient paperwork and I was told no appointment was set. They have my account information that was set up that day but they did not actually have an appointment for me. I had moved around meetings at work to make the time they had told me and driven nearly 45 minutes to get here. I expressed my concern as they looked for other available days nearby. They agreed to see me today but set it for hours later than my appointment time. I sat in the waiting room watching patient after patient come in to the waiting room and go back for treatment. Finally my name was called. The assistant put me in a room and asked me what I was there for. I told her a few concerns and said I would like an overall check up. The assistant left the room and returned with a paper gown. The doctor was very thorough, Listened to everything I had to say, and seemed generally interested In addressing my concerns. I'm pleased they were able to work me in but feel like it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with if the office had set the appointment line they told me. I will say however that those who had an appointment that did not get messed up were seen fairly quickly.,

I was extremely disappointed and actually very upset after going to KV Nails today. Having asthma,…read moreI am extremely sensitive to smells of all kinds. While waiting to get my nails done I asked the owner if he would please extinguish the incense since I was having a problem breathing and having it getting worse the longer I stayed there. I was told by the owner that the incense was burned out, but it was just lingering in the air. I knew that was not true as the smell was still so overbearing and my breathing was getting worse with the moments moving forward. The black man also working there approached the front for another customer, so I finally asked him to please extinguish the incense. He went over to its burner and blew it out! I got up and left since I couldn't breathe and didn't like being lied to ("it's burnt out"!). Also- from other customers there- it was freezing in there, as well as charging another woman $30 to remove paint and buff nails- no polish, no prepping to do overlay fill-in, nothing else! I will not be back and will take several other friends I've had going there with me to a healthy environment where I can breathe! Lastly, the black man had finished his customer and asked who was next- I said I was, which was true, but owner wouldn't let me go next! More reports to come over this - unbelievable! Maybe a write up with the health department or higher up???) Since you Have to do at least 1 star for review I put it there, but wanted no stars in reality!
