I had business in several towns that week I was away. Birmingham, Gadsden and Huntsville and few others. I was passing through Boaz and saw Body-N-Soul massage. After the nightmare flight and wrong rental vehicle I thought I really could use a deep tissue massage to unwind before all these meetings this week! There was nobody there. Just a note saying to call for appointment. I did! The woman said she would be there in 10 minutes and I waited an hour and a half on her to get to her shop! I'm beginning to believe this whole business trip is a trip from HELL! She finally showed up and I was getting my massage. Big mistake! Massage is supposed to be relaxing but NO this woman constantly talked about her legal troubles with her neighbors. I don't want to hear about any of that! That is absolutely not what I am paying for! Its criminal that she talked to a stranger about all her legal problems and how she can't pay her attorney not her bills while giving me a massage and then had the nerve to charge me for it! Wow!!!! Never again!!!! Do not get a massage here! It is not worth the money or aggravation of her constant "poor me" the entire time! I repeat do not go to Body-N-Soul! That woman is crazy and a basket case!

Said she was running 30- 60 minutes lat. she never called me to let me kno. she said she would be done at 2:25pm. At 2:45 pm I left after already waiting for almost an hour with an appointment. I am a nurse practitioner and have referred many patients to her massage therapy clinic. Never again!! save to m and time and go somewhere else!

But, seriously, this is the REAL deal (from someone who gets massages regularly to help reduce migraines). I sure hope this place survives and I can at least get a massage here when I'm visiting. The place is clean, the massage table is made out of clouds, and they were able to schedule me for the same day. Get yourself there!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I went to start my weight loss journey with…read morethe Grove. When I first went in, they did "routine" blood work. Little did I know that they would bill my insurance for ALL kinds of test that I didn't approve, and my insurance company will not pay it. I went through 2 months of weekly shots and lost not 1 pound!!!!! I paid them over $400 for nothing. They won't try to fix the issue. There are notes all over the labs (Quest) information from where I have called and spoke with them and a note that says that the Grove called them but were supposed to call back and did not. This appears to be some sort of scam they are running here in Marshall County!

I worked doing electrical most my life and all the bending and twisting I had done over the 30 years it got to me. 3 slipped disc. He helped so much on my recovery. but as time went on it kept getting worse. So he recommended a stem wave Treatment. That is the best thing I ever had done. I could tell a difference in the way I hurt ( wasn't as bad and near as long). that was the first visit with stem wave. It keeps getting better as I have more done. I ran for the first time in about 1.5 yrs. Short distance just to see if I could and it not hurt. IT DIDNT. I was totally amazed. He is very wonderful to my entire family. Great guy to see!! can't wait til the next stem wave visit! It's a very good device to have done on just about every part of your body that hurts. Every one that works there has been so nice to us over the entire time I've know him!
