I had business in several towns that week I was away. Birmingham, Gadsden and Huntsville and few others. I was passing through Boaz and saw Body-N-Soul massage. After the nightmare flight and wrong rental vehicle I thought I really could use a deep tissue massage to unwind before all these meetings this week! There was nobody there. Just a note saying to call for appointment. I did! The woman said she would be there in 10 minutes and I waited an hour and a half on her to get to her shop! I'm beginning to believe this whole business trip is a trip from HELL! She finally showed up and I was getting my massage. Big mistake! Massage is supposed to be relaxing but NO this woman constantly talked about her legal troubles with her neighbors. I don't want to hear about any of that! That is absolutely not what I am paying for! Its criminal that she talked to a stranger about all her legal problems and how she can't pay her attorney not her bills while giving me a massage and then had the nerve to charge me for it! Wow!!!! Never again!!!! Do not get a massage here! It is not worth the money or aggravation of her constant "poor me" the entire time! I repeat do not go to Body-N-Soul! That woman is crazy and a basket case!

The office is located in south hsv, walk in, go up the stairs and remove your shoes. The location is obscure but once inside, you're in good hands. Now, she doesn't do Swedish massage-no light hands. She's strong from start to finish. Now, it does hurt a little bit she knocks those knots out and realigns the spine well. The Thai massage is for those who are really hurting like I was. She felt my knots and laughed but she really worked them out then she stretched me so I was able to move again It's chilly in the massage room (the only negative) but expect the hot oil & stones to warm you up. I almost fell asleep during my massage too. Music is quiet and like a Thai lullaby. Again, this style massage is not for the faint of heart. I'm going to visit at least once per month. She's very polite and will make suggestions to tailor to your needs. If you want your legs and feet included, just let her know.
