I was in Terrell's office back in 2012 for just routine maintenance and I was jerked so hard and bent so far it caused my bottom two disc to bulge out and touch nerve it also caused the opening in my foraminal to narrow also touching a nerve plus the facet cartilage was damaged before that day I never had any serious back aches now I live in pain everyday my mistake was letting Terrell talk me into a monthly maintenance when I didn't need it also the jerk caused a partial tear in my right rotator cuff I have MRI to prove all if you read this please don't make the mistake of going there if I can keep it from happening to someone else it's worth my effort in posting this.
