I had my root canal done this morning and I must say that Dr Denton did a great job. I am very Phobic about dental work and Dr Denton was very understanding. He and his assistant did everything possible to make my visit pain free. The office is very cheerful...Sirius radio is played over the intercom and there are flat screen tvs in the treatment rooms. My appointment was at 10:45 and I was out of the chair just before noon. While I hope i do not require any more root canals any time soon, I will be going back to PDH Endodontics.

I paid what they asked me to pay when I was there. I called about this bill and the girl said yes, insurance usually doesn't cover that. I asked why didn't you tell me that insurance would probably not pay for it. I then asked, if they could discount this amount to what insurance would allow. She said NO. I told her my dentist had sent me for a root canal of one tooth. I didn't see why they had to do a 3D of my entire mouth. If you go be prepared for additional charges that are not covered.

We left and filled her prescriptions and went home. The next day Child protection services came to our house. My husband told her to leave because she was trespassing ( we have No trespassing signs up on our driveway) She left and said she would be back with the police. I knew the dentist office was the ones that called child protection services. So I confronted the dentist office and they lied and said they knew nothing about it, even the dentist herself said she knew nothing about it. The following morning the police and the CPS worker showed up at our driveway gate. My husband met them there and sure enough the police said the dentist reported to CPS that my daughter needed medical attention for her tooth. Why in the hell does a dentist office call CPS for a tooth we paid cash for to be taken care of which they already did? This is SICK and DEMENTED!!!
