Dr. Durham's assistant, Claire was awesome! She was very thorough with explaining the steps of getting my braces on and she made me feel at ease throughout the process. Dr. Durham himself was very personable and efficient as he rotated to/from each patient. Out of 5 consultations in the area, Dr. Durham and his staff had me at "Hello". From the staff in the front end to the staff in the back end, the hospitality and professionalism remained consistent. After completing my consultation, I called back a day or two after to schedule my initial treatment. *They provide you with an electric toothbrush, t-shirt and some other goodies after completing your initial treatment. I was given the option of several care plans that would work for me... Even though I was told I was not a candidate per Candid. Im a grown man but about cried knowing I was in good hands. The team was upfront with cost and length of treatment. Once my care plan  was selected I had a 3D impression made, yes 3D! No nasty goop trays!
