She's strong from start to finish. Now, it does hurt a little bit she knocks those knots out and realigns the spine well. The Thai massage is for those who are really hurting like I was. She felt my knots and laughed but she really worked them out then she stretched me so I was able to move again It's chilly in the massage room (the only negative) but expect the hot oil & stones to warm you up. I almost fell asleep during my massage too. Music is quiet and like a Thai lullaby. Again, this style massage is not for the faint of heart. I'm going to visit at least once per month.
