I had a truly awful experience the last time I went here. Connie has done my hair twice before and…read moreit turned out great both times, this time was a different experience. She told me how difficult I am a few times throughout my appointment, said my hair looked like wood grain while processing, and said oops and uh oh a few times while applying color to my hair. She made me sit outside in the heat while the color was processing and I received several chemical burns from the process. She wouldn't dry my hair due to Covid so I didn't know how absolutely horrible it was until I got home to dry it. I showed her a video of it and at least she told me she also did not like it, but told me she wouldn't be able to get to me until five days later to fix it. I decided not to let her fix it because I figured it would only end up worse, so I text her to let her know I would not be there and she text back "awwwww". I spent a fortune there and left what I felt like was a nice tip since I couldn't actually tell what my hair looked like while wet. This whole process also took 6 hours to complete, and my seven year old could have done a better job with a bottle of bleach and a spray bottle. If I could give negative five stars I certainly would. I just don't want anyone else left if the situation that I've been left in, especially since the burns have been very uncomfortable to deal with. I would think twice before coming here.

She knew full well that the item I was looking for wasn't in the store, which is why she couldn't do an exchange. She did not tell me that said credit could only be used in store and would not be accepted online. When I called in, having already had a frustrating experience with their corporate customer service, and asked if they could process the card online, they said I absolutely had to come in to the store a second time. They have zero respect for your time. Go to Huntsville or, better yet, go to Sephora. The staff will communicate clearly, respect your time, and provide much better service overall.
