Didn't get what I requested for, main thing I asked was a simple taper fade, it's just shaved all same length, so not a taper fade, asked to NOT "line" me in the back, she did it anyway.. probably will just stick with a barber and wait longer, wait time was about 20 minutes. I was at the salon today and [[HIGHLIGHT]]this one stylist her name is Lindsey with red strips in front of her hair is very disrespectful to her staff and to customers[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and then wanted to act like she was so in titled to be there and she wanted everyone to know that it's her way or no one's way. I will say the stylist are great especially Kila. Haven't been recently but used them for years. If the cut you want is simple, or you're needing a trim, they are adequate. However if you have to describe it, its 50/50 chance it will be what you want. Probably due to them having new grads/less experience. But they are probably the cheapest around. There have been many times I received a cut that I expressly stated I did not want or just a sloppy cut that was even. Be sure you express yourself clearly and emphatically and don't hesitate to speak up if you see them getting it wrong. This is not the place to go if you're changing styles or needing an opinion on style. They also have a big turnover so it makes it hard to get to know a stylist and them to know you. read more

My mother in law went in and asked for a trim. The lady at the front who is the one who normally does her hair asked her to write her name on the list and to wait about 45 minutes then come back. She came back at that time and the same lady asked if she had an appointment. My mother in law said you asked me to write my name on the list and come back in 45 minutes so I did. Then the same lady asked her to have a seat. Another customer WITH NO APPOINTMENT EITHER walked in after that and she was taken back immediately. My mother in law is hispanic, the people who work there are white. The lady who came in with no appointment was also white. My mother in law never got her hair cut and left in tears. This is a salon she has been going to for over 3 years now. She will not be returning neither will any of the rest of us. Its sad to see how divided people are... read more

The staff refused to re-clean a chair that had hair in it from a previous customer for the safety of an older patron. Yes he was a tough customer but he just kept asking for the chair to be cleaned again before sitting in it. WHAT WAS SO WRONG WITH THAT ??? THEY MADE HIM LEAVE. COVID 19 is real even in hair salons. I don't like sitting in a chair with other peoples hair either to be rude to a customer for asking for SAFETY?????? read more

I've had two cuts here in the last several months and I have been happy with both. Mine is a simple haircut but still requires some coaching of the stylist. The only reason this is a four instead of 5 is that in both instances, by two different stylists, the women cutting my hair were SERIOUSLY distracted. The first was watching her cell phone every few moments...the second person was in earnest conversation with a coworker the entire time. Made me really nervous that they weren't paying attention to the haircut! But both turned out ok, albeit with some coaching/prodding by me. What do you want for $11. read more
