I came in was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help and I said yes and showed her my hair, texture, color etc and showed her a picture of what I was going for. I naturally have blonde hair and was going for white. She showed me 3 different products and explained the process and possible damage that could occur. I went with the risky one that could cause the most damaged the quickest because you only live once right ? Lol. I told her my hair is prone to absorbing color and dyes in shampoos so like purple shampoo is a given no no for me. I had previously used T18 toner (Lightest Ashy Blonde) it made my hair a little purple but she also asked if my hair turns yellow, orange or white when I bleach it. I said yellow to white kind of in the middle. She said go ahead with the T18 but shampoo wise none of their shampoo would work but these ion packets of crystals that you mix with warm water and make your own clarifying shampoo. This was all yesterday. So I made the trip back to Sally's to show the lady who helped me and the two ladies she had asked for help from. They were all amazed at the color and health of my hair !! So between my knowledge and their knowledge willingness to help and recommendations I now have hair that looks and feels amazing !!!
