Worst customer service. If you absolutely must shop at Ulta, drive to Huntsville. The manager issued a store credit. She knew full well that the item I was looking for wasn't in the store, which is why she couldn't do an exchange. She did not tell me that said credit could only be used in store and would not be accepted online. When I called in, having already had a frustrating experience with their corporate customer service, and asked if they could process the card online, they said I absolutely had to come in to the store a second time. They have zero respect for your time. Go to Huntsville or, better yet, go to Sephora. The staff will communicate clearly, respect your time, and provide much better service overall. read more

I was in the store tonite and they had two associates working. One was on the phone with a personal call talking about how "Covid was going around in the store" and she knew I was standing there waiting to ask her a question but was in no hurry to get off the phone. The other associate was rude and turned her head when I asked a question. not willing at all to help me. This is the worst Ulta.... especially since they've moved locations. read more

I visited this store on Friday afternoon. I had a lot of question and Kristen was great and very helpful! She stopped what she was doing and made sure to answer all of my questions. I would only rate my hair experience with Ulta a "two star" simply because of the kindness the staff showed during the process of my hair appointment. I came in for a hair appointment because I had colored my hair a shade I did not like, and I was concerned that it would not fit my work style. The staff quickly booked me an appointment, and helped me out as fast as they could, so I was pleased in that sense. However, they proceeded to dye my hair FOUR different times because they could not find the shade I liked. I started out platinum blonde, and now I have black hair. I am extremely upset with the results, and I wasn't even given a refund. If you are as picky as I am about your hair, I would NOT suggest this Ulta. read more

I'm very disappointed in this store. I've spent a lot of money there recently. My daughter and I wanted to buy straighteners. I was excited to find straighteners on clearance for $20. Got to the register and was talking about them. The worker perceives to tell me that no it says $120 not $20. However there was no one in front of the $20. She kept going oh yeah when we put it on there it must just be running out of ink.. that 1 is actually there. No there isnt!!!. I have pictures. It was false advertisement. We should have gotten both of their straighteners for $20 each. They were doing bad business by not honoring what was on the Box. She would even scan the box to see what it said. They have lost customers. I'm calling Cooporate tomorrow. read more
