They let 3 people cut in front of me for a pedicure when they came in way after me & didn't have an appointment. When they finally sat me & another next to each other at a chair, they filled her bowl with water & didn't put ANY water in mine. The way I sat here in silence is ridiculous. Yes i should have left & went to my usual place but I didn't want to drive another 15 minutes & possibly have to wait even longer. I will definitely never be coming back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

However the manicure itself was not a relaxing experience. I wanted gel and they gave me a book of two pages to choose from, even though they had the rings full of them at the front. When I told the guy I wanted a bright red for the holidays (which there wasn't an option for) he told me he would bring one. Why can't I see what you have and pick out the color myself? Then I was nicked several times while he was cleaning up my cuticles, but once was the worst I've ever been cut and would not stop bleeding. I probably should have left honestly, because instead of applying pressure and waiting for a few minutes for the bleeding to stop, he put some liquid on it and kept going... and it kept bleeding. I'm still trying to get it cleaned up and wearing a band aid over that finger to keep it clean and the antibiotic ointment on. That's not the look I was going for for my holidays nails at all. I also had originally asked for glitter, which he applied and told me was no charge due to cutting me, but I also didn't get to pick that color, so I'm glad I didn't have to pay lol. Overall it would have been a very weird experience even without being cut, but that just pushed it over the edge. I wouldn't be interested in returning.
