First time was a good experience all around - no complaints. The second time was truly an experience - and not a particularly great one. The pedicure was fantastic. I would go again just for the pedicure. The dip mani the second time, however, was awful. I picked out a color from their samples and the guy went to get the color. After he started, I noticed he was using the wrong color. It looked nothing like what I picked out and it was awful. He gets obviously frustrated with me for pointing this out. I pointed out the color he was using vs the one that I wanted and he went off and got the other color. It looked exactly the same as the shade he initially put on my hands - which is not the color I wanted, and I told him as much. He halfway took off the bright blue nail polish from my hands and tried to put a lighter brown over the top of it. Obviously it showed through, so he took it all off and started over. I wanted rounded tips and ended up with uneven tips that don't look spectacular upon closer inspection. The color is nice. My fingers, however, are all torn up and bruised - even underneath the nail from how roughly he was treating them. I was nearly in tears as he was using the drill files - my hand even involuntarily jerked away a few times. He would just pull it back and keep going. I'm giving three stars because I had one good experience and one bad experience, so I'm hoping that it was just a bad day. I'll give it another go when it's time to redo these. Hopefully I get a different nail tech - or at least someone that doesn't seem to intentionally want to cause me pain..

No special anything just a normal pedicure. So the night of my pedicure my right acrylic toe I was pissed. I called the next 3x no answer I even gave them some time in between calls. I think they blocked my number because the night before I reached out to the email on their site and it's a iCloud email so I could send a text but hey that could just be me being a little delulu. I go and get it fixed and the lady that fixed made it seem like it was a courtesy or privilege that she wasn't charging me to fix my toenail that one of her workers apply enough acrylic to like wtf. But she said it's $5 to fix it so for safety measures I asked her to to fix the other one and so I paid $5.75. Idk if I'll go back bc that really expensive in my opinion I spent in total $81.50. Also, a random guy in a very nice pick up truck walked in and the man that was originally doing my pedicure asked him for help on putting the acrylic on my two big toes and then the guy that did the acrylic finished then left.

I may truly be bald in a few months if my hair doesn't stop falling out and breaking off.!!! It took me a decade to grow my hair out and 3 hours for Bailey to ruin every strand of it.. It looks like I'm battling cancer with how much hair I'm loosing ! *Backstory*In early June we had a vacation coming up.. I wanted to get my blonde grown out hair balayage or a band break to blend in the new growth and grow out the blonde: BAILEY proceeds to cover my entire crown with lightener when I asked for a balayage. ( I thought the highlights she told me she was applying were for the balayage I had requested so I was shocked to see her covering my entire crown in lightener and foils.. Trusted she knew what she was doing. She then proceeds to put my bleach covered hair under heat for nearly 20 mins while she cut another clients hair.. didn't come check my hair once. Then tried to put the darker hair color over the lightened crown of hair called a "root tap" but had to have another stylist apply because she didn't know how to do a "Root Tap" when that hair shouldnt have even been touched... when she went to wash my hair huge clumps started falling out/ breaking off.. like 20-30% of my entire hair volume in a matter of hours.. She then charged me 145$ for this fiasco.. I paid her 85$ to destroy my hair.. ever since then my hair won't stop falling out every time I shower. She should have refunded every dollar I paid her but she expected the whole 145$ even after seeing all the damage she caused to my hair..3 1/2 months later I'm still loosing huge amounts of hair every time I wash it.

I asked for heavy hilights about 15 min later my scalp was burning it was the worst pain you could ever imagine she could barely pull the foils off. She had to use a towel to get the foil off so I simply asked if this has ever happened she then replied never to me.. I thought she would immediately rinse the bleach out, but she didn't she just let it sit there!! Never again will I go back!!! They didn't even do tiger stripes with the leopard print or the design she wanted on her middle finger, or the right length, while her sister got exactly what she wanted, they also tried to charge my fiances mom an extra 5 dollars and another nail artist had to step in and correct her, the pink she did looks awful, the blending is like a 5 year old drawing with crayons, the shape isnt even right, the only reason I make this two stars is because my sister in law got what she wanted but at the end of the day, this place ruined my fiances birthday present from her mother. 60 dollars for almost the oposite of what was asked, even I couldve given a better attempt at painting what my fiance asked for and if that doesn't show how terrible this place was then I dont know what will.
