Loretta was super friendly and said I could come right on! My hair is naturally curl, and most stylists have a hard time giving me the cut I ask for. Loretta did a fantastic job, I couldn't love this cut more! The bangs are the perfect length, the layers are great, it's just perfect! I desperately need a refresh before family holiday gatherings this weekend. The receptionist literally belly laughed at me when I explained my availability as a working mom. He told me, "Girl, that's the most pathetic excuse. Come on." Who in their right mind talks to someone like that in the customer service world? I would never. He proceeded to scoff at me while "putting me on hold"... I believe I dodged a bullet with this establishment based off of their incredibly hurtful and rude reception.

I also enjoy getting my haircuts at SportClips when I use to live in Huntsville. My wait time was 30-35 minutes, which is not a big deal. Once it was my turn, Tracy was the lady who was going to cut my hair. Long story short, Tracy did a really good job on cutting my hair and making sure everything was perfect. We got to talk in about football and our love for dogs and exchanged our dog pics. She is a sweet lady and has a friendly personality. :) I will definitely be back in a few months to get my haircut here.
