I've been here a total of twice now. First time I went in exclusively for a dip mani. The second…read moretime I got my dip redone and a pedi. First time was a good experience all around - no complaints. The second time was truly an experience - and not a particularly great one. The pedicure was fantastic. I would go again just for the pedicure. The dip mani the second time, however, was awful. I picked out a color from their samples and the guy went to get the color. After he started, I noticed he was using the wrong color. It looked nothing like what I picked out and it was awful. He gets obviously frustrated with me for pointing this out. I pointed out the color he was using vs the one that I wanted and he went off and got the other color. It looked exactly the same as the shade he initially put on my hands - which is not the color I wanted, and I told him as much. He halfway took off the bright blue nail polish from my hands and tried to put a lighter brown over the top of it. Obviously it showed through, so he took it all off and started over. I wanted rounded tips and ended up with uneven tips that don't look spectacular upon closer inspection. The color is nice. My fingers, however, are all torn up and bruised - even underneath the nail from how roughly he was treating them. I was nearly in tears as he was using the drill files - my hand even involuntarily jerked away a few times. He would just pull it back and keep going. I'm giving three stars because I had one good experience and one bad experience, so I'm hoping that it was just a bad day. I'll give it another go when it's time to redo these. Hopefully I get a different nail tech - or at least someone that doesn't seem to intentionally want to cause me pain..

I walked in for a full…read moreset and I sat down with a young lady ( who generally only does Pedicures) she glued my tips on ( so crooked ) and then told me we were waiting for "HIM" and pointed to another man ( who only generally does pedicures). He started my acrylic overlay and was putting it in front of the little heater, and pressing the brush down to get the powder wet with the solution. They acrylic is so thick and he did not even get the overlay to the cuticle or the sides of my nail. And when he painted my nails (red) the edges are still white. My nails look like I have Putty on them. So not natural and not the usual service I get from the Owner and his wife who btw do an Amazing Job! If I go back they will be the ONLY ones to touch my nails!!!

I may truly be bald in a few months if my hair doesn't stop falling out and breaking off.!!! It took me a decade to grow my hair out and 3 hours for Bailey to ruin every strand of it.. It looks like I'm battling cancer with how much hair I'm loosing ! *Backstory*In early June we had a vacation coming up.. I wanted to get my blonde grown out hair balayage or a band break to blend in the new growth and grow out the blonde: BAILEY proceeds to cover my entire crown with lightener when I asked for a balayage. ( I thought the highlights she told me she was applying were for the balayage I had requested so I was shocked to see her covering my entire crown in lightener and foils.. Trusted she knew what she was doing. She then proceeds to put my bleach covered hair under heat for nearly 20 mins while she cut another clients hair.. didn't come check my hair once. Then tried to put the darker hair color over the lightened crown of hair called a "root tap" but had to have another stylist apply because she didn't know how to do a "Root Tap" when that hair shouldnt have even been touched... when she went to wash my hair huge clumps started falling out/ breaking off.. like 20-30% of my entire hair volume in a matter of hours.. She then charged me 145$ for this fiasco.. I paid her 85$ to destroy my hair.. ever since then my hair won't stop falling out every time I shower. She should have refunded every dollar I paid her but she expected the whole 145$ even after seeing all the damage she caused to my hair..3 1/2 months later I'm still loosing huge amounts of hair every time I wash it.
