I don't ever leave reviews but for this place in specific, I will…read more The reason I went there in the first place was because I needed my nails done and was desperate to get them fixed, I looked at the reviews on here and it seemed like a good place. - I've never gone somewhere else besides the place at home. The visit started fine, the lady at the front greeted us, she looked at my nails and asked if I needed an extension and I said no, because my nails grow fast and they're already long enough to just get dip on them and they'll look like I have extensions on. Also, I am careful about my nails, I take really good care of them and I like keeping my own nails. Well, short story long... I will never be coming back here, I had a horrible experience with the girl that did my nails, no only did she file the dip I already had on 10x times but put them in acetone 10x too. I mean yeah, you are supposed to soak them for a while in a warm bowl with acetone to get as much dip of the nail as you can before you work on them but the times and the way she did them were definitely unnecessary. While using the electric filer she did not hold my finger which we all know what that does. She messed up my nails, MY REAL NAILS. She had no care for them, which I understand - they're not yours, why should you care but when you're doing it for a living, you definitely should. I never got her name and I'm actually glad I never asked (if so, her name would be in bold capital letters, to make sure she gets the respect I received during my visit). Horrible work, horrible ethic, horrible service. She was the youngest out of them, kept her AirPods on and it seemed like she was on the phone as she kept talking and laughing to herself. I asked for square shaped w a brown dip and white chrome on top - that's originally what I already had on - you'd think that she would know what I was expecting the results to be - but like I said, she had no care whatsoever and did a nasty job on my nails. She complained that I already had too much dip on my nails from the previous place I had gone to and made my nails so thin that only TWO DAYS had gone by and they were already chipping and breaking. They charged me $60 - overcharge for clearly nothing. I honestly walked out of there furious, almost crying. I didn't want to pay that amount, not after the experience but I also did not want to cause a scene so I swiped the card and left. DEFINITELY NEVER EVER COMING BACK, they don't even deserve a star.

They said Saturday is the busiest day and wait can be 2 hours but it's worth it. They say most people check in, do errands, then come back when they call. The nail techs do a great job and an excellent attention to detail. The staff is friendly and they do amazing nail art. They look their time and I appreciate the work. The energy between the nail ladies and the clients was very positive. They seem to really care about their regulars. Good vibes. Even with the wait time being so long, I will be coming back. They did an excellent job on my nails.
