They let 3 people cut in front of me for a pedicure when they came in way after me & didn't have an appointment. When they finally sat me & another next to each other at a chair, they filled her bowl with water & didn't put ANY water in mine. The way I sat here in silence is ridiculous. Yes i should have left & went to my usual place but I didn't want to drive another 15 minutes & possibly have to wait even longer. I will definitely never be coming back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this salon after a disastrous visit to a salon at Bridge Street in Huntsville. That visit…read moreleft several of my fingers bleeding - and let's not even talk about the nail job itself... The lady who does nails here took good care of me and did a beautiful job. I went back several times until one day the man did my nails. It was a repeat of the first incident at Bridge Street. I went again, and it was the lady, great job. The time after that, it was the man for a second time. Again I left bleeding on several fingers, and the nails were crooked and uneven. He's sloppy with the tools and doesn't seem to have control of them as he should. I've decided that acrylic nails are no longer worth the pain. I'll not be back here or any other nail salon.

This place is a prime example of why you stay loyal to your regular salon! I went with a friend…read morehere as she wanted to try it. I only got a pedicure which should have came out to $40-$45(per the menu) I believe. The place I went to before this many times had full pedicure with gel for $35. I didn't think anything of it and figured gel was included and if not they'd let me know. Well it wasn't included and they put gel on me and then at check out asked for $65. I asked why it was so much more and they said well gel is an up-charge, I asked why was I not told or asked if that was ok. The response was well we figured you wanted gel and just put it on. I said it would have been fine if asked but this felt like they just did it to up-charge me more. I was expecting $45 not $65 and that's a huge jump with no explanation. They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it. It's not hard to communicate and they failed to do so, be sure if you try them you ask them about everything they do.
