My first meeting was via Zoom and it was professional yet laid back. Tracy answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable like we had already known each other forever. Even though I was 35 weeks pregnant, I signed up for the full birth package! The best part was that my insurance even covered it! I hired the Rocket City Doulas because they have a lot of experience with all kinds of births, are non-judgemental about your birth plan, and are all moms. As a first-time mom who is considered "geriatric" pregnant during a pandemic, I had no idea what to expect. I'm so glad that I hired a doula, even if it was for the last few weeks of my pregnancy. From the moment I met her at the hospital through checking in, labor, birth, and watching my son latch, Tracy was amazing. She was made to be a doula!!
