I decided to visit Lilith Whyte's office because not many OBGYN's are in network with tricare. Once…read moreI got there, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and still wasn't able to be seen until the next day. The receptionist got my height, weight, and BP, but didn't notate so I had to do it again the next day. When I arrive the next day I was left in her office chair for about 15 minutes until I was actually seen. I asked for blood work so Dr. Whyte sends me downstairs and states her receptionist is waiting on me. When I get down stairs the receptionist is no where to be found I walk back upstairs and they are looking like "what are you doing up here" Dr. Whyte literally forgot that she had just sent me downstairs. Fast forward... I was told to call in for my results from my lab work and no one is answering the phone. Everything about my visit was unprofessional. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend her to anybody else.

New to this area and was looking for a gynecologist. We are military and so I got a referral to see…read moreher. I Wouldn't go back and made a complain to tricare. First off important to know; she doesn't have the needed equipment in her office to do an ultrasound or blood work right there. I would have had to go to 2 different places, one to get labs and the other one to get ultrasound done, which made it really inconvenient. They forgot the key to the front door so I had to use the back door along with my husband. The office looks dirty, stains on the ceiling, dirt on the floor. She has a secretary but no nurse working with her. Her nails were dirty. She came 30 min late without an apology/ or allusion from secretary. The equipment she used (Vaginal Speculum) was very old-school and outdated thick metal Speculum that hurt vs plastic ones. She grabbed the equipment from underneath the gynecology chair that's not hydraulic and old-school too, and the equipment wasn't wrapped in air vacuumed or any wrap as a sign of it being professionally disinfected. I was worried I got an infection from that. She used an old-school office lamp to brighten my vaginal area so she could see where to put the speculum. Then put the used speculum in an rusty old sink that was in the room. For someone who maybe never went to a good, professional gynecologist this may be what your looking for but for me who knows that most gynecologist have all the equipment in there office this wasn't professional enough.

I have a Dr.C., but her name is Chistyakova, and that I can pronounce. Heather in the ER was fabulous. She got my hard stick the first time. This was three days before my next ER visit to get full procedure done to check clotting. That doctor was thorough and my nurse was outstanding at Parkway!

I would like to register my EXTREME displeasure with the staff at the ER of this facility. I was…read morethere for a medical emergency stemming from a bout of pneumonia and RSV, compounded by an underlying autoimmune disorder that affects my lungs called pulmonary sarcoidosis. As I was admitted very ill, almost unable to walk, my son took my phone from out of my hand against my wishes ( I was physically unable to stop him) which he shortly thereafter used to gain access to my electronic door lock, turn off my security system, and rob my house of all valuables . Instead of doing the sensible thing and getting my phone back from my son, a male nurse there whose name escapes me believed my Actively Hostile ex wife and my thief of a son against the the evidence of their own eyes and very much against my wishes. Under threat of police action, WHILE IN THE ER STILL, I was forced to go to Decatur West mental hospital. My son and ex wife weaponized my mental health diagnosis of bipolar disorder obtained in 2008. I was at Decatur Morgan West for about a day, before being released after being recognized as not having a mental episode, but being severely physically ill and nearly dying not days before. The level of incompetence in almost outright hostility experienced by the staff there by me is utterly offensive. This goes beyond medical malpractice to just straight up mean or even evil. I mean who does that?? 'oh this guy presents with life threatening issues, better get him UNDER POLICE THREAT to the local mental hospital '. What moron made that decision? It's the male nurse on staff there , or at least he was the one who communicated that to me. I'm sure others were involved, as I'm sure, they will all pass the buck and point fingers at others. Regardless the entire facility, the entire ER staff, failed me utterly in that moment. Signed, a VERY displeased Dr. JP Thornton, DBA Pic 1 is some blood I spit up a bit over a week ago. Pic 2 is my front doorbell cam sliced out of it's mount and left , conveniently by some blood I leaked.

I have received a past due bill from New Life dated 4/3/2019 for the amount of $134.00 which I paid today with a credit card. I spoke with someone 2 years ago from their company when they sent me my first bill. I checked with my insurance and it was never filed. The employee I spoke with said their office was a mess and the person was fired and never filed it. She would have the owner call me and she never did so I figured it was taken care of. 2 years later today I get a final notice that it would be turned over to a collection agency. I am saying if you use New Life make sure they file your insurance papers or you will get a past due 6 years later. This is very bad practice for a business i opened in Decatur Al. The doctor was fine, but she certainly didnt care to follow up with me or her employees.

Procedures and medical abortions are offered on Wednesday and Saturday. *IMPORTANT* Alabama requires two appointments for pregnancy termination. Thus, there must be a 48-hour wait from the day a female receives counseling until the pregnancy can be terminated. Also, you must come prepared to spend 4 hours in their office on procedure day (Wed or Sat), but I would recommend you plan for all day, just to be prudent. Thank you, Dalton Johnson; from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for standing up for female reproductive rights, taking action to find a new facility that met the state's new laws, and for cashing in your retirement fund to be able to acquire that new facility.
