The technicians are fun and prompt (I rarely have to wait - usually only if there are whole families getting taken care of as a group) and I've never had a bad experience here. I went there as a walk-in. There were three people ahead of me; no problem I had time to wait. So, after a few more people walked in, one of the nail techs decided to check the sign-in sheet; I wanted a full-set - after looking at the sheet, she told me they only had one person to do full-sets that day. That tech was tied up and after she was done with the person she was working on, she had an appointment coming in. I needed to come back the next day either at opening or at 1pm and they would make sure to get me in. Now, I understood they were short-handed. And, I understand they were busy and only had limited services. What I don't understand is why I had to wait close to 45 minutes to be told they couldn't do my nails and I had to come back the following day - I understand the issues they had going on, but because they didn't let me (or at least one other person) know, we wasted our time sitting there for nothing. This is not professional - If they couldn't offer one of their services, they could have at least posted something by the sign in sheet so people wouldn't waste their time waiting. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. :-( Had an appointment and waited 30 min to get a chair then waited another 30 before a girl showed up to do my pedicure. Manicure and pedicure acceptable. Manicurist didn't speak much English and it made communication difficult. read more

This is what I asked for vs what I got. I showed her this picture before we started and that I wanted a THIN French tip and she said it was fine. Then half way through, (before she cured anything) I tried to explain again and she said that she couldn't do it now, and that this was better :/ She completely rushed the job and then ran out when she finished. worst nail shop in Gadsden don't go here !! My nails and toes look like a 5 year old polished them very bulky and dented and it's gel polish ! The acrylic work is horrible the shaping is horrible the nails she put on me where very wide I asked for square shape with stiletto pinky finger I specifically went in and ask for Cherry to do my nails because I read these reviews she isn't a good nail tech at all sorry !! She only do older women nails I'm sure they are satisfied but Iam not ! I will never go here again I spent over 3 hours here$90 waisted these pictures are a day after I got my nails and toes done they need some new nail polish and maybe a few new nail techs !! next time I will wait the long wait at Top Nails or Beaute Nails read more

Got a fill in 2 weeks ago by a new person and had a family emergency and had to go out of town for a week be for i went out of town my nails had messed up the stuff came off like they never got done so when i ve back to town which is today april the 10 i came to the nail place to see if they would be nice enough to fix my nails he want to get smart talking about no it look like yöu need a fill in. said i just had my nails done 2 weeks ago my nails dont grow that fast in 2 weeks like everybody else thats why i wait a month before i get them done..he just would not here what i would have to say just being smart with me...would not be going back.. because they was wrong having a new person doing my nails and she did not know what she was doing.. read more

The guy is so rude. Despite waiting for more than an hour. He assumed I needed a fill when I had clearly written manicure in the book. He argues with me. And instead of asking me to come back another da, he called others who had come after to me to go back and get started and ignored me. And I had to ask are you gonna take me on or not. And he then said NO. and has lots of attitude. All this after waiting for more then an hour when he is the one who made a mistake. I don't recommend this place. Very unprofessiona! read more

This place is FILTHY. The polish looks old and thin and everything is just... dirty. I usually go to Adventure but my friend comes here and she begged me to go with her and I literally walked in, waited for about a 15 minutes (not a big deal, I've waited MUCH longer) and I started to look at everything and it looked so gross that I just got up and left. Haven't been there in a while. I stopped going because they got sloppy, like all the rest who are filled with Asians (no offense, just my experience). I liked getting acrylic nails with white tips. At first you couldn't tell where they filled in and the white remained white. Then they changed managers, and some of the nail techs had to return home in order not to overstay their work visas. The last few times I went they left circles in the fill and the white part wore off in less than a week. The manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not...blah, blah, blah. So count me done. Worst run place ever. The technician keeps going to help others because they understaff. So your wait time triples after they sit you down in their chair. You end up with 2-3 different ones doing your Mani/pedi and have to repeat what you want done to each of them. Language barrier makes it worse. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! They don't listen. If you complain at all, they argue with you. Basically was told by the man there, to leave because I (the customer) was wrong to complain about their service. I left after only 1/4 completion of a procedure that had already taken over 40 minutes since sitting down. Go elsewhere! read more

Watch your money when you go here. Me and a friend went to get a manicure and a pedicure and got just gel, no acrylic nails or anything like that. Her total was around $50, and mine was around $60. It finally hit me on why mine was ten dollars more. When the girl was doing my pedicure she messed up the left big toe, which obviously she fixed. But when she was fixing it she laughed and said to me, "oh you messed it up!" I knew I didn't because I saw her mess it up, I didn't move a muscle while she was painting. To have a nail fixed based on the paper I saw is $10... I have never been to a salon where if they mess up a nail that they blame you and charge you extra for it. The only time I know I have to pay to have one fixed and that's if it I actually messed it up, and if I've stepped outside the store after the pedicure and manicure is finished. I did not bother bringing it to their attention because I thought I'd they had the nerve to pull s*** like that then they would be the type to not admit their mistake. One lady was also pretty rude and sarcastic towards customers. And the gel had already begun to chip and all just after like a day or so, and I've a had gel before and it never chipped like this has. Definitely am not going back and will never recommend this place to anyone. read more
