When I first walked in the nail tech was considerably rude when she asked me to sit down but, after the reasonably short wait, I sat down at her station to find that she did my nails quickly and gently (besides one incident where she cut me and when I tried to pull away she yanked my hand back). But all in all my nail tech did a reasonably good job quickly and gently, and I'm pleased with my new nails.
