When I was sitting there 3 separate people walked in for someone to redo their nails because they were that bad. Mine were uneven, acrylic was extremely thick, the underside of my nails we so caulked up with acrylic that they snagged on everything. I tried them out when they first opened and they were great....went back a second time and they were bad. Went back a third and final time because my regular person couldnt fit me in....NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE!!!!

The worst powder dip nail job I've ever had! Needed a French dip powder removed from my long…read morenatural nails. Just needed a place to color dip nails while I waited for a friend to take his sister to a doctor in the area. The woman that did my nails did not completely remove the coating from the previous nail job, didn't ask if I needed clipped or filed down, had the base powder out but never used it! Not even for extra coating on the ends for added protection to avoid end cracking or breakage (the place where most breakage occurs), she put three coats of color dip in a row on one nail then moved to next nail. Then, started filing shape and proceeded to file the colored sides and colored tip off the nails! Unevenly filed on the ends as well. Added two coats of clear and into the nail hardened. There is no way this slap dash nail job would protect my nails! I pointed out my concern and the color she had just added was then filed off. She disagreed and said I could return in two weeks if I didn't like it. I basically had two coats of clear lacquer for nail protection for $45! Complete waste of my money. The worst nail ever!!!

Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the nail tech was gentle and professional. This may be the best gel manicure I've had in years; thin layers, thorough cuticle trim and high quality polish. There were still around 10 other customers so they stayed open at least an hour extra to finish everyone's nails. Relaxed, welcoming and clean - I'm so glad I stopped by. Highly recommended.
