Nail tech (owner wife) has done my nails twice and this last time did not do the color that matched my toes. Come to find out there were out of the powder and instead of letting me pick another brand with similar color to my pedicure - used 3 shades darker - pepto bismol pink as opposed to the pale pink I chose. And when questioned after the first dip, she said "it's ok". She had the lid flipped so I couldn't see the number she got off the shelf. I said again, before she put the final clear coat, that it wasn't the matching color, and she replied, "it's fine". When I was paying another tech noticed my frustration. I told him and he said something to her. Her response to me was just - sorry. I guess I should just be happy she didn't make my nail bed bleed this time....USED to spend $220/month there. I always have had a great experience with Van and Vivian. I ask for Van who is friendly and does a very good job always. My nails last longer with him in between visits. Vivian does great pedicures with massage. I had a poor experience with others. I do not feel it was done on purpose but they are not skilled as they should like Van and Vivian. My toes were badly in several spots with other nail technician. I stick with Van and Vivian because of that. read more

My daughter asked for round/oval nails she was given almond/pointy, and charged an extra $10. They gave her a manicure even though she didn't ask for it, they charged her another $7. She ended up getting charged $67 for a short full set. Her friend on the other side of the salon was only charged $55 for oval, colored french tip dip set. Way to expensive. I went here last week and a nail popped off the next day. I went and got it fixed and a few days later more popped off.

DO NOT GO HERE! I just wanted a SIMPLE repaint. However, these workers insisted I get a manicure. (As if I don't know what that is) anyways, after telling them I wanted my current gel to be soaked off, the woman proceeds to grind my nails with the drill. After asking her politely to please not do that she proceeds to use a file and absolutely DESTROY my cuticles. With an very nasty attitude might I add. Not pleased. DO NOT GO HERE! My mom and I went for a pedicure and paid $35 each for the Sugar Scrub Pedi. It was AWFUL. The technician SET A TIMER for 30 minutes and rushed through the entire thing to get it done in that time period. The massage was about 60 seconds, my chair didn't work, and my polish looked like a 3-year-old completed it. There was polish everywhere and the tips of each nail weren't even painted. Also, she never asked what scent of oil I'd like to have (as listed in the pedicure pamphlet) even though I asked her if we got to choose (she said yes). She also joked in Vietnamese the entire time with the other technicians instead of engaging at all with me. Worst. Pedicure. Ever. read more

The person doing my nails never spoke to me. I asked for square round and got oval. I had to tell her on my white tip that they weren't the same on my thumbs. Pedicure is worst ever. She didn't push my cuticles back on my toes. Never got a massage on legs and feet like my daughter even though we paid for the $65 spa treatment. She didn't leave hot towels in my legs as long as my daughter had. I only tipped her because I'm a nice person. But she needs to learn customer service. I'll never be back there because of her. And I'll be rating y'all on yelp and Facebook too. She is in the wrong business. And my chair was broke. I was laying back. Instead of moving me you stuck a illness behind my back. And after paying y'all all that money I have to go somewhere else and get this mess fixed. And the girl didn't use a proper tool to clean out from under my nails. The overall manicure was ok but the staff was very rude and kept mocking me for having social anxiety. I don't like to go anywhere alone (j will have a fucking panic attack and have to pop a klonopin) so my friend was was with me and NOT getting her nails done the staff kept hassling her then mocking her for not having the money to get her nails done (who the hell does that!?)!Also a guy and girl (THAT WORK THERE) where rubbing up against up other and grabbing at each other (it was very inappropriate)! I have been to lots of nail salons because I'm very picky, but they do an awesome job here. They take their time to be sure they do a thorough job, but are also quick. I haven't ever had to wait longer than 15 minutes. They are always well-staffed and personable as well. Lastly, they're affordable! I have tried to go to other nail salons that are more convenient for me (location-wise), but Lee Nails tops the charts. I'll be a repeat customer as long as I can! read more

I've been to this location several times and had okay service, so instead of driving into Gadsden to my usual place, I decided to stay closer to home and go here. WORST DECISION TODAY. The atmosphere sucks. The workers constantly communicate in Vietnamese and when you hear what you were just talking about with the lady doing your nails...HELLO! My $35 "Sugar Scrub" pedicure was worth maybe $15. The lady literally scrubbed the bottom of my feet for 3 seconds. I was made to hold my hands in acetone the entire pedicure, which was hard to juggle while switching feet and made it a job rather than a relaxing pedicure. It gets better...I was then asked to take my own powder nails off while I was being given a subpar, crappy pedicure. Isn't that why I'm here and paying? For a service? Not to mention, my hands were burnt and dried out from having to soak them so long. There are better and faster ways to remove powder. As I was getting up from my pedicure, I noticed a spot on one of my toenails with no polish and she saw me looking at it and quickly fixed it. The lady tried to pressure me into getting gel or powder nails and after seeing the quality of work during the pedicure, I opted for a regular manicure. I think from that point, I got even the worst she could offer. She was about to start painting my nails and I had globs of powder residue on two and almost all my nails were differently shaped, including crooked, square, and rounded. I pointed this out to her and she quickly fixed the globs and gave the excuse that my nails were "flimsy" for the reason why she couldn't file them more. Really? Because after I asked her to fix them, they were all shaped identically. Not to mention, she wasn't friendly, and acted like she hated her life the entire time. On top of that, I was charged $20 for a 10 minute manicure that was of such low quality that it made me sick when I realized how much I paid for it.
