Come to find out there were out of the powder and instead of letting me pick another brand with similar color to my pedicure - used 3 shades darker - pepto bismol pink as opposed to the pale pink I chose. And when questioned after the first dip, she said "it's ok". She had the lid flipped so I couldn't see the number she got off the shelf. I said again, before she put the final clear coat, that it wasn't the matching color, and she replied, "it's fine". When I was paying another tech noticed my frustration. I told him and he said something to her. Her response to me was just - sorry. I guess I should just be happy she didn't make my nail bed bleed this time....USED to spend $220/month there. Be careful who you get.
