While he was taking the photos of us, he would have us look at the captured photos on a large high definition screen(maybe 42" screen) that was in the studio. He would ask us what we liked about the photos and what we didn't like. In response to our individual answers, he restructured how he took the following photos and coached us through repositioning ourselves to get the perfect shot. After we took all the photos, he scrolled through them individually flagging the ones we liked. After flagging them, he let me decide on which ones we wanted for processing. His turn around time for the photos was fast, and the quality of the photos portrayed the professionalism my company needed. He is someone who enjoys what he does, and is great at it.
