When our food came I asked if I could have my drink back to which she replied oh yes I had to make more tea and it's not ready. I said okay can I have a Pepsi zero and she replied sure. She also said don't you worry if the tea gets done before you leave I won't charge you the extra drink... I replied thank you I appreciate that. Guess what.... I never received the Pepsi zero. I just gave up at this point and ate my food with drink. We were watching the staff in the kitchen (because we were curious why she hadn't brought my tea back) and we noticed there was food sitting in the window for at least 15 minutes.
