Walking in to the quaint store was nice, cozy feel and very open. A few good spots for seating as well as a spot outside. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were greeted at the counter and they were very nice! The scones in the case looked really good and wanted to try the raspberry white chocolate but maybe next time we will! I got the wanderer' bliss. The good- it was a nice profile of flavor with the espresso and overall smooth. Improvement- it wasn't very flavorful with the syrup, almost as if there was. It any actual syrup in it which I was slightly bummed about because it sounded so good with the butter pecan and white chocolate. If it was more than just subtle I'd rate higher but if I were to just get a normal latte, 5 stars for sure!! Everything else 5 stars but this 4 is solely flavor profile! Definitely would return!

Homemade mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and salad bar for $8.25. What a deal. Batter dipped and fried tenderized steak. Pretty much fork tender in places. A couple of times I used a knife to get done quicker. Tender, juicy, and flavorful. Ate the whole thing and most all of the mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. Salad bar was a plus. Fresh iceberg lettuce, black olives, chopped boiled egg, and all the rest. Mac salad, pea salad, and more. I was satisfied. Total cost was under $9.00. Scratch cooking. Wish I lived closer.

I love these type places in small town squares and this one did not disappoint!! I did not have any time to checkout the clothing side so it was a straight line drive to the eatn' side. The service is so down home friendly and everyone there took AMAZING care of me. They had a special called KFC Plate which was mashed potatoes, corn, chicken pieces, gravy and shredded cheddar cheese. OMG, talk about comfort food at its very best, this was soooo good! Plus, for 8 or 9 bucks it came with apple crisp and then one of the gals swooped by and said, let me add a little goodness to this, and proceeded to add some vanilla ice cream . Now, I am not sure what was better, but it may have been the apple crisp a la mode (so good) and I was so excited to eat it, there was no pic taken lol. If you are in town, this is a NO DOUBTER!!
