She also said don't you worry if the tea gets done before you leave I won't charge you the extra drink... I replied thank you I appreciate that. Guess what.... I never received the Pepsi zero. I just gave up at this point and ate my food with drink. We were watching the staff in the kitchen (because we were curious why she hadn't brought my tea back) and we noticed there was food sitting in the window for at least 15 minutes. There were 2 employees having social hour in front of the food. Guess what... the food in the window was ours so it was cold once we finally received it. We ate the cold food which probably would have been good if we were not already frustrated and went to the front register to pay and guess what... I still had to pay 2.50 for my tea that I only drank half of and then was left with no drink. I don't come to Noel so me saying I won't be back won't hurt you. I do hope that someone who owns this store pays attention to my post and looks at what is happening in this establishment because with no customers you have no business.

I simply love local coffee shops with an awesome vibe. This place was very hip and cozy. I would go there to work or study. It was such a cool place and they were selling old LPs. That was a blast from the past. The cold brew set up was legit. I ordered a medium iced americano. It was very good and quite smooth. I almost left then the bakery case caught my eye. I ordered a vanilla browned butter scone. That was a piece of heaven. It was not too sweet and I could taste the browned butter. The flavors were very pronounced. Service was awesome. The young lady was very patient and helpful. The parking lot is shared with a business next door so be careful not to park in their slots. The slots are labeled with a warning. If I am ever back in Siloam Springs, I am going back every day I am there.

This morning's cortado was perfect. It's half expresso (two shots) and half steamed (not foamed) milk. For five stars, it's served in a short glass. This was all of that and it was great. Lots of caffeine, not a lot of fluid. I stayed here at Red Kite for my first "office" of the day, spending two hours writing emails and catching up on the weekend's events before heading onwards.
