From the…read moreoutside this facility looked fantastic and I thought I found a great space for our puppy to board and do day care. I booked numerous times over a few months. I would pick my dog up and everything seemed fine. The last time I went to pick up my 7 month olds puppy from boarding, I parked my car and was walking by the fenced play area (which you can't see through). As I walked by, I could clearly hear my dog barking as she is young, just discovered her bark, and probably smelled me. As I walked by, I heard VERY CLEARLY (management) the staff in the yard say in a frustrated voice to one of the dogs (better not have been my dog) "shut the fuck up or im going to kick you". I was furious walking in to pick Kira up and asked the front desk who was out there with my dog stating RESPECTFULLY that if she was threatening my dog like that they needed to bring that staff member out so I could speak to her directly. Front desk said they would speak to her and get there manager. I stated that if she was speaking to my dog I WOULD be speaking with her. Speaking to the manager, he stated that that was out of character for the staff member and that sometimes people get frustrated working with dogs. I left after thanking the manager for hearing what I had to say but not feeling heard whatsoever. The manager texted me a day later not to follow up on that, but to follow up on training I had inquired on. I thoroughly expressed my concerns to him via text, and how concerned I was for the treatment of the animals in there care with these kinds of threats openly in ear shot of customers (what happens behind closed doors?). I never received a response and never received a follow up. That was now weeks ago. My question is, WHY WOULD I MAKE THAT UP? We never had any issues prior boarding our dog there or dropping off for day care, never complained before etc. This was a genuinely shocking experience and I was in disbelief. I would urge you to pick somewhere else. No animal deserves to be threatened like that, empty threat or not.

My cat being pretty easy to care for, we didn't have any issues specifically, but whenever anything happen they have always communicated about it with me. We let them know with our 4 large breed dogs it was a lot on ourselves AND the dogs to have to bring them in just for that (if it wasnt a good fit). They didnt care. Just sent another business to go to if I wanted a "phone consult" which was unusual(&manipulative :/) because we never discussed phone consults..all we wanted was to come take a peak at their facilities. Decided to go with the board and train to ensure she was set for success while away on a trip. I can tell you this place is legit, has the skills, and genuinely cares about their guests. First class service and great communication before/during/after. My puppy came in with minimal training and left a star. Sit, down, stay, leave it, more respect with the cats and my resident dog at home, and way more confidence. They have a family dog, there's kids and other family around, chickens, cats, and more to be exposed to + cuddles galore. I'm very happy with my choice. We'll be back for daycare weekly.

From the phone to drop-off they were excellent at staying in contact and making sure everything we needed was addressed. They kept that same level of communication and dedication during our furry friend's stay, which definitely made me comfortable and secure in leaving my dog there. When we picked up our dog, we were walked through everything that was worked on and were blown away. The progress was undeniable. They will tell you what worked, what didn't, and make sure to work with you to plan for you pet's future needs. 10/10. I can't think of taking any of my puppy or senior dog anywhere else.

Our family has relied on Rumi for about three years now. Most important thing you should know is…read morethat she's reliable, and trustworthy. She spends at least 30 min with each visit. Rumi shows up twice a day, waking them up, feeding them, taking them for walks, cleaning up after them, and putting Lincoln and Tucker to bed each night. She sends a text with each visit, including a picture of the dogs. We have surveilance video that let's me check in on the dogs when we're away, and I can tell you that she ALWAYS shows up when she says she does, and gives my pups the attention they deserve.
