I've asked for a refund for the six remaining sessions I already paid for, and they've refused. I understand businesses have schedules and limitations, but this feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional -- especially considering how much I've invested here, both financially and personally. The owner Dr. Kseniya was extremely rude and condescending sending me voice text messages. She basically blamed me stating I should be more understanding that she is a mother and works long hours and needs this time off. The whole conversation was unprofessional and very poor customer service.
