Dr. Christina has put me back together after injuries so many times that I've lost count. She has helped me recover from torn ligaments, a torn calf, hip pain, back and neck problems, and more. This week, I came into Rivulet Chiropractic limping because my hip was so tight and painful that I was having trouble sleeping. After a chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Christina, the relief was immediate. I felt dramatically better and walked out without the limp I walked in with. It's amazing what great chiropractic care can do. And she doesn't just help me recover from injuries. Regular chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Christina have also helped me stay migraine-free. As long as I keep up with my adjustments, my migraines stay away. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Dr. Christina and Rivulet Chiropractic. If you're looking for a skilled, caring chiropractor for injury recovery, back or neck pain, hip issues, or ongoing wellness care, I can't recommend her highly enough.

I met with Dr. Russ last week for what I thought was sciatic pain for some time. Im 35 weeks pregnant. My first visit was 1 hour long and it included consultation and all the works. I didn't know what to expect for a prenatal chiropractor visit as mentioned before, it's my first chiropractor visit ever! Dr. Russ is very knowledgeable and gave me such an informative and comprehensive consultation that I felt like I was in class (in a good way!) I felt comfortable all throughout the appt and walked away feeling great. The next morning, I was a bit sore which was to be expected but I felt great nonetheless. I scheduled another appt for next week, which will be for 30 min (standard appt) rather than a full hour. I'm looking forward to the next visit! Unfortunately, my experience during this pregnancy has been incredibly disappointing. I paid over $2,000 upfront for a package meant to cover care through my entire pregnancy. We had multiple conversations for my plan of care being to make it through October to my due date 10/31. Now that I'm in my final trimester and finally on maternity leave -- the time when I can actually come in more consistently and need the care most -- the office has announced they'll be closed for "fall break", which happens to be the month I'm due October. I was never notified they would be closed, only notifying me of this closure days before on September 27th via text. I've asked for a refund for the six remaining sessions I already paid for, and they've refused. I understand businesses have schedules and limitations, but this feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional -- especially considering how much I've invested here, both financially and personally. The owner Dr. Kseniya was extremely rude and condescending sending me voice text messages. She basically blamed me stating I should be more understanding that she is a mother and works long hours and needs this time off. The whole conversation was unprofessional and very poor customer service. I've referred multiple coworkers to this practice over the years because I truly believed in their care, but this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, scammed, and deeply disappointed. I can no longer recommend this practice to others.

I have been in construction for the last 30 years. I spent 20 years in the field which really pit a stain on my body. I am a very active/athletic guy. I played sports through high school. I ride off-road motorcycles. I also wakeboard and snowboard at a competitive level. My body has taken a beating from all the high impact sports. Over the years i've had many injuries to my back, hips and shoulders. I am currently 47 years old. Over the last five years my back pain and sciatic nerve pain has been extremely bad. On an average day my pain is between 5-7. But over the last six months my pain was constant at about 8 or 9 out of 10. I got to the point were I could hardly stand up straight, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't do my sports anymore because the pain was just unbearable. sitting for long periods of time just made it worse. stretches and exercising wasn't helping. I was ready to talk to my doctor about surgery but first my girlfriend suggested I see Gill at jackson chiropractic. I started treatment and got some relief the very first day, the pain relief lasted a few days. The second treatment the pain relief lasted a week. I could not believe it. I've since had six treatments and my pain level is only at a 2 out of 10 most days. it's absolutely Amazing what Gill has done to fix my lower back and sciatic nerve pain. This guy knows his stuff. His techniques are a combination of many medical disciplines. His knowledge and experience of human anatomy is impressive. But the bottom line is I no longer live with back and sciatic nerve pain. The most sciatic nerve and back pain I have these days is between 1 or 2 out of 10. I am happy to say I'm back doing my sports and working around the yard. I've even been riding motocross for the last month and feel great. Thank you Gill. You have given me my physical health back and I can't thank you enough. I've dealt with chronic headaches for as long as I can remember due to TMJ tension, and after trying multiple dentists and different treatments with little success, I finally found relief with Gil. After just four sessions of TMJ work, my headaches are almost completely gone! Gil is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also compassionate and thorough in his approach. If you're struggling with chronic pain--whether it's back-related or TMJ-related--I highly recommend seeing him. He has made an incredible difference in my life, and I am beyond grateful! I do feel that he could have been a little more medically detailed in his communication with my partner, especially because she works in the medical field and is highly knowledgeable and articulate. That said, I did not feel pressured or "sold" on anything. The equipment is clearly state-of-the-art, he has experience with this type of treatment and there are many patients who have shared positive testimonials about their results. I do believe this treatment can work and can be very beneficial for the right patient. For us, the biggest obstacle was simply the cost. The treatment plan we discussed was in the range of approximately $7,000, and these types of treatments can easily run into the thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, that makes it inaccessible for many people, especially those who are underinsured or simply do not have several thousand dollars available for treatment. It is also unfortunate that insurance is not accepted, although I can understand that there may be reasons behind that decision. So, I am not criticizing Dr.Dudum or the treatment itself. I believe in the treatment. My concern is affordability and accessibility. If you have the financial means, I would certainly encourage you to explore it and decide whether it is right for you. Unfortunately, in our situation, the cost made it something we simply could not move forward with. Sometimes it really does come down to,,,,,,, if you can afford it, you have access to the opportunity. If you cannot unfortunately it becomes "too bad, so sad." And for us, financially, that was the reality
